Very Helpful, just picked up a deep red one on Amazon/shop bop for $35. my 1st bag of this brand. Also, I remember watching an English documentary about umbrellas, which I believe came from China, were sold in Italy and made of silk. Silk needs to dry, and the sellers made a myth that it was bad luck to air out bc it would make the umbrella moldy,thus needing to purchase another one.
I am very careful when I take this bag out as loosing any does worry me as I like all of my pins, and some were pricy. I bought some lockable pin backs which aren’t fool proof, but do defiantly feel more secure then regular backs. x

Yes. However. If you hand wash your bag, often the fibers will “reset” & the holes will be gone or almost gone. If you put them through the webbing material, they’re not visible from the front. :)
@@ExploringEarth01 it depends, if you have the G-1000 fabric kanken then yes. your bag will be protected from rain and some dirt. The founder used their Greenland wax when they were hiking back in 70s
