Makes you wonder what our take away coffee cups are made from. I know what ever there lined with, it's not good. I always take my ceramic mug to the coffee shop.
When you have 220.000.000 population, 440.000.000 hands, 440.000.000 feet, 880.000.000 combined pieces, you dont see workers a humans. You see them as catle or chicken. The reason in Korea, Japan, Europe, or USA we don't have workers like these, is because our moms gave us one or two brothers. If we had 15 to 20 brothers, as is the case in Pakistan, well, then things are going in a totally different way.

What boggles the mind is that guy trying to guide the lid into the tank in his bare feet!!! One slight mistake by the guy holding the lid and Mr. No Shoes is going to be Mr. No Feet! 😖🤦🏼♀️😱 and then the guy working the cutting press sticking his hands in there!!! Absolutely shocked at the lack of safety measures. Shame on the business owners, and shame on the governments not making safety laws!
These people, though, are not dumb and know how to make paper cones consistently and really need the money. Until there's an uprising against dangerous practices, they're keeping quiet to keep their jobs and the owners make big bucks.
@JoelTopsom The worst one is making oil from tires. No respiratory protection, extreme dust, they are all covered in soot. Life expectancy not many decades.
Brilliant Reels folks. Were these machines to some part built and used in Europe in the 19 and early part of the 20Century before being sold to SE Asia and still being used there today, as with numerous of these channels show.
Guy in the black pyjamas, nice polished shoes and white head band making sure all is running well and keeping him in the lifestyle he's used to. Bet he didn't operate any of those processes and work his way up.
I see the health and safety of this firms workers plays a big part in the general operation of the factory. The whole operation reminds me of a sewage farm
No safety at all. Multiple high risk things happening. Some simple automation would eliminate half the workers but then you would have a lot of unemployed young men and the Western world is learning what that entails. Repetitive motion injuries. Airborne dust and gof knows what chemicals they use to break down the cardboard. Not a chair nor table in sight. Those guys grow a hella manly beard.
The cones are for thread, yarn (wool) and string to be stored on. For large volume work in factories, looms at home and for people who knit and crochet in bulk. Normal usage of yarn etc is rolled into a ball.
Utter rubbish it has nothing to do with providing as many jobs as possible. And everything thing to do with the fact that it costs money to invest in new more efficient machinery. Also as there is little to no governmental regulations on health and safety, environmental efficiency or environmental waste/discharge. Why bother getting new machinery when it's cheaper to pay your workers next to nothing and don't care about there welfare
These men do a great job. The conditions in which they work are fantastic. We in the UK should all work in these sort of conditions and to hell with health and safety. Well, comrades this is what we are asspiring to do and this is what we will all get. I look forward to the brave new world.
Not the normal process... a large amount of what apear to be rice husks are cooked and added to a small amount of recycled cardboard. Rice husks must be available locally cheaper than waste cardboard.
I'm disgusted that there are no safety boots on the feet of these men. Or any other protection clothing worn. What if the ends of their headgear gets caught in the machinery?
How do you know it's high quality paper? I have not seen any taking samples of the paper and testing it! And how do you test it, if so? I have my doubt! Just some you write! I have worked in a company, that took samples at tested it!
Just before watching this, I watched a documentary on building Ford's Lincoln cars filmed in1923. The working conditions, safety procedures, etc., were miles ahead of this "modern" effort in whatever country it is; Pakistan, I suspect. Western workers have no idea how coddled they are.
If by "coddled" you mean not subject to abuse, death and severe injury so someone else can make lots of money, then yeah, we're coddled. These workers are treated like slaves
Your famous boss won't even give you work boots, glasses, gloves...you should have them all for your protection. I wouldn't work a minute without them. I understand it's hard where you live, but you'll ruin your health and the boss doesn't care. He comes in there to show off in moccasins and you have nothing. Unions!
Oxi credo!
All those steps, all that machinery, for cones. Wow!
If we in England done this 10 pounds a cone not worth it we must appreciate Thees people no imports we’d die
Child labor?
Finally a well organised production facility
Excellent work by dedicated people. ❤
It is Not only no safety, but also no industrial Hygiene, nor enviromental responsibility. I hope These Cones are not used to hold some food.
No, they are cones for winding thread.
Ice cream, cones …. lol,,,
Makes you wonder what our take away coffee cups are made from. I know what ever there lined with, it's not good. I always take my ceramic mug to the coffee shop.
You even read the video title before making comment? Yarn paper cone…
Im impressed. Amazing job!

Correct .muslims marry there cousin .so one in six born incomplete .fact
Do not speak Germany here
Say 'rage' rather than "Wur"
They can't add or subtract, they just multiply
Great job guys!
Excelente trabajo
amazing video
I would love to see how waste cardboard is recycled in North America. I bet our workers wear shoes.
It isn't recycled, it is wasted in a dump
It is very interesting to see the production stages. Thanks for sharing.
Well for goodness sakes!
This boggles the mind, but I sat threw it!
What are the cones for?
Am almost at the end??no idea??
you gotta love that guys T-shirt, off White!!
I love recycled materials and great job 🤗😊😁👍💚
A lot of this is outdoors. What do they do when it is raining?
They get wet.
@The_DuMont_Network Yeah and I bet that's even more miserable
the sadness in the eyes of these workers says it all
One guy working,TEN GUYS WATCHING 😮 ITS WORSE THAN THE UK 😅😅😅😅
What boggles the mind is that guy trying to guide the lid into the tank in his bare feet!!! I’m sure that mistake has been made and will again

😂😂😂😂 check out the video, Making nails from ship plates.
Thsts some wild stuff

Were these machines to some part built and used in Europe in the 19 and early part of the 20Century before being sold to SE Asia and still being used there today, as with numerous of these channels show.
My brother spent 20 years or more flying around the world buying old machines from first world countries and selling them to third world countries.
Can't imagine it smells any better than a pulp wood plant.
It smells like a paper plant.
If you work in the West, i hope you appreciate your job and working conditions.
18:13 found the plant owner! 😂😂😂
Hes the one with the clean dress, shoes, funny hat and a knockoff Rolex.
Guy in the black pyjamas, nice polished shoes and white head band making sure all is running well and keeping him in the lifestyle he's used to. Bet he didn't operate any of those processes and work his way up.
Bet he did.
Hard working people in Pakistan 👏👏👏👏
Who needs occupational health and safety? We don't !
Health and safety is very different when your fate is already determined. No need for safety procedures.
In the U.K. 138 people were killed at work, in Pakistan 27,000 per year,
I see the health and safety of this firms workers plays a big part in the general operation of the factory. The whole operation reminds me of a sewage farm
The most modern thing in here is that tractor from the 1960s
Those macines are pure art, but they work.
Mate, this is a video showing how it's done in the Indian subcontinent.
Don't expect to see Western industrial health safety laws.
Use a lot of water.
It was a horror film waiting to spew blood all over those cones.
There are other videos with molten aluminum and the workers are still wearing toe showing sandals.
I enjoyed your video so I gave it a Thumbs Up
Ok what are the cones used for
I think they become the core of cotton or yarn reels for cloth making, another industrial process as dangerous as this one,
It tells you in the titel....... 'High quality yarn paper cone'
Its not only recycling, it New making paper from wood. No look when add recycling paper mass.
nice job 😎😎
Is this the Graduating class of 2024, at the Jobwatchers Guild...?
John Milton On His Blindness "They also serve, who only stand and wait."
Oh my god😮
Who builds these mashines?
Hard-working men. Thank you.
No safety at all. Multiple high risk things happening. De que país você é?
interesting!
OSHA, what's that 😂😂😂
OSHA kills their jobs, and they don't feed their families.
PROFITS 100%, PPE 0%.😂
What are they used for? Who is the stern looking man in black? The warden?
even medieval jobs need a foreman
The owner! Dude is dripped out.
OSHA would have a ball with these people🤣🤣🤣
bravo !
Of course the waters treated before it’s put into the water system
O quê é isso e praquê serve?🤔
Pálinkát főznek😂
They are making spools for thread.
The cones are for thread, yarn (wool) and string to be stored on. For large volume work in factories, looms at home and for people who knit and crochet in bulk. Normal usage of yarn etc is rolled into a ball.
Work place health and safety would be appalled!!
Although it is very inefficient the way so many hands are involved, the point is to provide as many jobs as they can.
Utter rubbish it has nothing to do with providing as many jobs as possible. And everything thing to do with the fact that it costs money to invest in new more efficient machinery. Also as there is little to no governmental regulations on health and safety, environmental efficiency or environmental waste/discharge. O que são esses cartuchos? No que são usados?
What are the cones used for

Keep in mind there happy !
Technology is old but work processes are so inefficient They could move stuff around better even with what they have to work with.
This is like something out of mad Max the thunder dome except it paper not pig sh-t
There funny ice cream 🍦 cones
I watch the video until end and still dont know what they are making 😂 untill i read the description then i know
Not the normal process... a large amount of what apear to be rice husks are cooked and added to a small amount of recycled cardboard. Rice husks must be available locally cheaper than waste cardboard.
Safety barhroom slippers. Espadrille style
I'm disgusted that there are no safety boots on the feet of these men. Or any other protection clothing worn. What if the ends of their headgear gets caught in the machinery?
Thank God they all have jobs, not the jobs we'd like but they feed their families. In the end that's all that counts.
Medieval practices !!!
this factory looks like halflife / countersrike maps
2:42 Ese trabajador pronto morirá: pulmones polvorientos. :(((
Most of the steel items you see in the manufacturing process is from recycled steel from ship breakers.
How do you know it's high quality paper? I have not seen any taking samples of the paper and testing it! And how do you test it, if so? I have my doubt! Just some you write! I have worked in a company, that took samples at tested it!
What would happen to that man if he fell into that sewage drain???
Just before watching this, I watched a documentary on building Ford's Lincoln cars filmed in1923. The working conditions, safety procedures, etc., were miles ahead of this "modern" effort in whatever country it is; Pakistan, I suspect. Western workers have no idea how coddled they are.
If by "coddled" you mean not subject to abuse, death and severe injury so someone else can make lots of money, then yeah, we're coddled. These workers are treated like slaves
Fascinating. But so many repetitive, boring and unsatisfying jobs that could be done by automation.
Your famous boss won't even give you work boots, glasses, gloves...you should have them all for your protection. I wouldn't work a minute without them. I understand it's hard where you live, but you'll ruin your health and the boss doesn't care. He comes in there to show off in moccasins and you have nothing. Unions!
Gastam tanta agua para fazer o quê?São cones para qual função? Como são tristes esses trabalhadores
They don't show where the waste water is going. Besides being filthy it's loaded with chemicals. :)
Oxi credo!
Poor tractor that front lift is 4 times longer than required
The man shouldnt keep his hands under neither the press that cuts! out the paper !
At 4:05. Pure insanity. I'm sure you can die from cardboard dust lung...
1 sparkle, everything is gone.
too much workers = too high costs.
recycling waste paper and cardboard - and dirt
How much water is wasted and how much pollution is generated
Hard working but safety of worker being ignored slave labour.
all that waste of precious water....... there are more less waistfull ways to produce it.
it is not possible to work without shoes
