I'd like to see you do a video/interview with a foreign guy who's under 5'4" tall and in his 60's and the difficulties with dating in the Philippines. I keep seeing issues with this with the women of the Philippines looking for a foreign man requiring the guy to be 5'6" or taller even though those women are only 4'9" or 4'10" tall themselves. What is a foreign guy of 5'2" supposed to look for in the Philippines--women who are under 4'6" tall? There are probably very few of them to find.

It's fairly simple, actually. If you smile at, and say hello to, a woman in the Philippines they're likely to smile and say hello in return. If you smile at, and say hello to, a woman in the US, they're likely to respond with a frown, take a defensive posture, and give you the feeling they're likely to call the police at any moment and have you charged with harassment.

Yes and no. There are also wealthy people in the Philippines, some of them are women that don't care about your money or your passport. Of course many women will want your money, but that happens in any country. The difference here is that you'll get a woman that acts and behaves like one, unlike the western ones.
I'm 65 years old.. I been to the Philippines 2 times in 2019 & 2023.. 30 days each time.. Its such a big difference and change then being here in the United States.. the people of the Philippines what makes it so Great.. I have a lot of Filipino friends.. there culture & lifestyle is something to experience.. if your a foreigner and go to the Philippines .you will get your share of Stares, Waves, Smiles, Hello's, from Philippine woman. and yes you really do see older foreigner men in there 50's 60's 70's, walking together hand in hand with younger Filipina in there 20's, 30's 40's age range.. the 2 times I was there.. I never once ever seem an older foreigner walking together with a older Filipina during my time there.. Once I got to the Philippines I never missed the United States and my Chevrolet Corvette.. Great info, I’m 68 and taking an exploratory trip to the Philippines in Oct 2024. I’ll retire in 2 years and sell everything and travel to Southeast Asia and other parts of the world. I’ll find a life partner eventually but not looking specifically for a Filipina or living in the Philippines. I’ll wait for the magic to happen and settle down when I find my best match for my future. I’m super healthy trim and fit and look and feel like I’m in my 40’s. I actually have a great life in the USA, so I don’t need to escape hell on earth as many explain the USA is currently. Every country has it’s positive and negative aspects to the lifestyle you have 😊

Do not meet a girl online before you go. Go alone and single. Walk around. Find a comfortable area to rent. Then go to the local market, cafe, or an evening street food market and say hi in-person. If you show up in PH with a woman already attached to your hip, I promise you will regret it and you’ll have a hard time trying to ditch her for an upgrade.

Dating in the phil’s is much like anywhere else in the world. You have to sieve the wheat from the chaff, online dating can been a great way of doing this. I live in the phil’s and I’ve met several online Filipina/dated and find it relatively easy find to date online. Filipina like the thought of especially meeting online, especially foreigners for a variety of reasons ..they can vet you and gauge how serious you are. If you just going to visit ..leave your options open. Most guys simply don’t observe the rules of the dating game.

The big difference between the West and the Philippines, IOM, is the ladies actually "need" you to provide for them in the Philippines. In the West women are killing it in their careers and do not "need" you to provide as much. So what does that do? It makes women in Western society only want a man, and being female, only changing their mind can make them from "wanting" a man to "not wanting" a man, which can happen every other second. Why do you think dating is dying in the West? Average men from the West are coming to the Philippines and are able to date again. Friends, don't be fooled, they are still women. If you're genuine and serious with your relationship with our Filipina women you're like winning a lottery jackpot. Specially if you marry her, you live like a king with her. When you wake in the morning your breakfast is ready and she will do all household chores. If you can afford to build your own house then I assure you that your Fiipina wife will tell you that "we'll spend only a $1000 a month" & that budget will include your monthly payment of your utilities like power & water. Please don't bring your U.S. lifestyle when you come to the Philippines it will surely cost you a lot to stay here for a long period of time.
I would not disagree with the guys comments with the Filipina in the provinces but the city modern girls are not really interested in older foreign guys. I had same experience in the UK. As a 30 yr old muslim black male. 3 years couldnt find any girl under 25 to marry. So i went to Kenya for a 6 weeks holiday. Within 2 weeks i ended up marrying a girl. The enviroment here is wild. Productive men who make over $2000 a month have 2 wifes and the women are fine with it. My conculision is if you want women easily go where there is no jobs. Women want a man when its like that. Forget the West, just live frugal there so u work 6 months and live overseas 6 months.

Couple things, this old man is nice but pay attention, he got 0 play in the US. That's a big red flag right there. He is kind of a tool, he can’t pull decent chicks in America so he goes to the Phillipines. Nothing wrong with that but don't believe everything he says because it's coming from a real tool. You need to have a good income, don’t think you can meet a beautiful younger woman for free. You get nothing for nothing in life. However the Philippine people are a lovely race. Many Philippino women find western men attractive, even older men. Like any people there are good and bad. People from the provinces are more genuine. You as a mature western man, who is GENUINE about meeting a life partner, can find one in the Philippines. Be generous, open minded culturally, and happy and fun, and you will meet someone nice.

One thing not mentioned is learn the culture and customs. You can meet a wonderful woman in the PI but you need to understand their way of life. To most Filipinas family is everything. While they do respect westerners don't force your way of life on them!
I think since the Philippines is an extremely poor country, it comes down to a financial transaction. These young women are looking for financial support.
In US girls make sure they don't make eye contact so people won't come talk to them or they think they would hit on them. In Philippines it is a different culture but it could cause a misunderstanding. Almost all the girls will say hello and look you in the eye and smile and talk to you but that does not mean they are interested in you, she could have a husband and 3 kids. It is part of their culture to be polite. One thing I noticed in my last trip last year was it is easy to find girls who are asking for money, it is hard to find good girls who are sincere and looking for a relationship. 80-90 percent of the girls online are scammers and it is getting worse all the time. So you need to stay a long time and spend a lot of time to find a right girl.
I find the women in the west are too caught up in their own lives and the traditional values of taking care of a man are gone. I am 53, in good shape, Have a great job and I’m wealthy, if I can’t find a woman in the west who can? Many western men want a 1950’s lifestyle and the Philippines is that!

my story was way different. i ended up tallking to several woman. some only a few months and got bored cause we didnt meet. but there was 1 very special one I started chatting with in march 2021. and we ended up chatting almost 3 years before we finally met in Dec 2023 and we hit it off right away. its like we were destined to be together. it felt so natural when we met. even felt like we have been living together for years. its rare and i doubt Ill ever find that again so we got engaged before I left philippines. she doesnt even live in philippines. she lives in malaysia.

Its such a big difference and change then being here in the United States.. the people of the Philippines what makes it so Great.. I have a lot of Filipino friends.. there culture & lifestyle is something to experience.. if your a foreigner and go to the Philippines .you will get your share of Stares, Waves, Smiles, Hello's, from Philippine woman. and yes you really do see older foreigner men in there 50's 60's 70's, walking together hand in hand with younger Filipina in there 20's, 30's 40's age range.. the 2 times I was there.. I never once ever seem an older foreigner walking together with a older Filipina during my time there.. Once I got to the Philippines I never missed the United States and my Chevrolet Corvette.. I could care less.. 😁😁

Great info, I’m 68 and taking an exploratory trip to the Philippines in Oct 2024. I’ll retire in 2 years and sell everything and travel to Southeast Asia and other parts of the world. I’ll find a life partner eventually but not looking specifically for a Filipina or living in the Philippines. I’ll wait for the magic to happen and settle down when I find my best match for my future. I’m super healthy trim and fit and look and feel like I’m in my 40’s. I actually have a great life in the USA, so I don’t need to escape hell on earth as many explain the USA is currently. Every country has it’s positive and negative aspects to the lifestyle you have 😊

I live in the phil’s and I’ve met several online Filipina/dated and find it relatively easy find to date online. Filipina like the thought of especially meeting online, especially foreigners for a variety of reasons ..they can vet you and gauge how serious you are. If you just going to visit ..leave your options open. Most guys simply don’t observe the rules of the dating game.

Haven't met 1 person from the Phillipines that wasn't happy, friendly and helpful yet....and that's in Canada. Everyone of them loves the Philippines and yet show great pride in being Canadian too. That says something about the culture and people as a whole. Looking forward to seeing it all in person shortly.

The big difference between the West and the Philippines, IOM, is the ladies actually "need" you to provide for them in the Philippines. In the West women are killing it in their careers and do not "need" you to provide as much. So what does that do? It makes women in Western society only want a man, and being female, only changing their mind can make them from "wanting" a man to "not wanting" a man, which can happen every other second. Why do you think dating is dying in the West? Average men from the West are coming to the Philippines and are able to date again. Friends, don't be fooled, they are still women. In US girls make sure they don't make eye contact so people won't come talk to them or they think they would hit on them. In Philippines it is a different culture but it could cause a misunderstanding. Almost all the girls will say hello and look you in the eye and smile and talk to you but that does not mean they are interested in you, she could have a husband and 3 kids. It is part of their culture to be polite. One thing I noticed in my last trip last year was it is easy to find girls who are asking for money, it is hard to find good girls who are sincere and looking for a relationship. 80-90 percent of the girls online are scammers and it is getting worse all the time. So you need to stay a long time and spend a lot of time to find a right girl.
I find the women in the west are too caught up in their own lives and the traditional values of taking care of a man are gone. I am 53, in good shape, Have a great job and I’m wealthy, if I can’t find a woman in the west who can? Many western men want a 1950’s lifestyle and the Philippines is that!

my story was way different. i ended up tallking to several woman. some only a few months and got bored cause we didnt meet. but there was 1 very special one I started chatting with in march 2021. and we ended up chatting almost 3 years before we finally met in Dec 2023 and we hit it off right away. its like we were destined to be together. it felt so natural when we met. even felt like we have been living together for years. its rare and i doubt Ill ever find that again so we got engaged before I left philippines. she doesnt even live in philippines. she lives in malaysia.
