What is the ruling on taking payment to teach the Noble Qur'an in schools where they teach memorisation of the noble qur'an?

Jazakallah khair for your efforts. Just a quick question. In Malaysia, there is a growing trend of people setting up centres for Ruqyah and charging visitors with a fix fee, is this permissible or not? Kindly advice
