Hello Sir,
I am foster child of my aunt. She brought me up from baby. She also declared me as foster child in my gifted deed and her WILL. She declared a portion of ground floor by a gift deed to me. Regarding the rest portion of ground floor she made a WILL and she wrote that portion was given to my nephew, My nephews father already died. 40 yrs back. Now she wrote in the WILL that 1st floor was given to her brother's wife . She also said that the vacant land of the property will be equally shared between me and my uncle's wife. Uncle's wife has 5 daughters married. But in the WILL daughters name were not mentioned anywhere. She made a will in 1990 but she cancelled the will. In that will she mentioned about the daughters.
At last my foster mother (aunt) nominated me as the executor of the will. She also asked to take probate of that will. The will is registered.
Now I am going to dispose of the property, me and my nephew lives in the property do all maintenance,pay all taxes mutually.
How can we sell the property? How can I sell the 1st floor of the property? Because we dont have exact papers of 1 st floor. I have only my gift deed of the ground floor portion.
A woman own a lower nd upper court again opposite person went to second appeal in high court case is in still court she wrote a will to his elder son is it valuable?

Hello, Dhananjay your program was really good and informative; however cloud you please let me how to register the will officially like what are documents required to register the will namely ENCUMBRANCE or FORM 3, etc and where we need to register the WILL ( is at the taluk office of the city I belong too), basically, i am from Karnataka, HOSPET.

If a person's mentioned in his will that his bank accounts or other deposits are given to the nominee of account holder. And also stated that his wife can not claim his any peopery . He had a joint bank account with his wife and Post office deposits. Account has status of either or survival. Wife is house wife. What is the solution. If she change joint to single. Changed nominee. Or withdraw all deposits. Is it legal?
