Superman has control over his atoms just like Flash dpes,he can also move the atoms of his enemies like Flash.
The way RF killed Goku Black is an example of an ability Superman posses.
Not only will Goku not be able to touch him in his strongest form,but he can be killed in a million ways without any stress.
Here's a few examples:
-Froze to death or burn to a crisp faster than he can react,neither him;Vegeta or Beerus posses immunity to elemental hazards..evidence is when Beerus eats icecream and Vegeta fights the robot in the 6 VS 7 tournament

If the clash between the two could destroy the entire universe means that the forces weren't the same and only the difference between the 2 could destroy an universe. Freezer 1st form could easily destroy a planet, so does an elite saiyan. In super saiyan they can destroy pretty easily a solar system.
