Mourinho is more of a "solve it yourself" kind of guy arteta is more of a "tell me whats wrong and lets solve it" kind of guy. I dont care who you support you have to acknowledge the dact both if these guys are top managers in the world of football

Mourinho walks in an already mashed job for him and delivers silverware with a rigid style and plenty of funds.

@@23293 have to disagree. Arteta has spent hundreds of millions and has 1 single FA Cup to his name. Heck, Mourinho has won a title more recently than Arteta. Arteta and Mourinho need different types of players. Jose could manage Ozil and Auba. Could personalities such as Saka, Odegaard develop so much under him. Moreover, Mourinho never stayed more than 3 years in one club. So his effectiveness drops after 2-3 years. He is more like a sprinter - gets result in a short term. Arteta is doing a marathon - creating a long term success
keep telling yourself that . Arteta is nothing but a Pep copy, no matter how he deals with the players and the atmosphere he creates in the dressing room, he will always be second to MANCITY since they have the better coach, better players and better tactics.

No, he should be doing as he has because Arteta has the emotional intelligence to relate to players from his previous experience as one. His speeches evoke emotion, spirit, life and strength within our players. It's more than just football, but also a life's lessons. This is how the team has improved because now they share that belief that they can go on to do great things. Even if we fall short this season, I have full belief this group of players are destined to major win trophies for the next few years at least
