I started having seizures two years ago and it really messed up my brain. Learning dances and exercises from good teachers like you encourages me and helps me. I subscribed and I’m going to watch and learn. I was in a bad auto accident. I have screws in my back both hip were replaced. 7 major surgeries and recoveries later I see this as perfect therapy. Thank you! ❤️
