I have never seen buldak so pale. 😹 but important thing is you enjoy it to your preference. As you eat it more you actually build higher spice tolerance.

you don't have to add milk to the matcha milk! since it already has milk powder.
I also don't like that matcha milk either since it is too sweet for me and the matcha taste is not strong
I recommend looking for matcha that is ceremonial grade, they taste so much better than the matcha milk you bought
