Mam, please read my question towards. I have been reading hanuman chalisa for months. I used to have to be scared at night and couldn't sleep. Everything stopped when i started reading it. But, i have been taking sankalp and i am not doing my work properly. I am too lazy but even if i never broke the salkanp. But things are not going as i wanted. I am rn emotionally down and couldn't just do anything. My mind is constantly warning me of wats coming if i continue being this lazy. Now, i don't even feel like reading hanuman chalisa... Idk wats happening to me.. I am not ok😭😞so much anxiety stress. I just can't handle it.I broke my sankalp, will there be any side effects?

It's not written in Sanskrit. Shree Hanuman chalisa is written in Awadh (or Awadhi or Oudh) language. It was/is spoken in places near Ayodhya.. The same language is used in Raam Charith Maanas as well.
