Great guy! Great job! I wanted this service done as preventative maintenance. As always good work Sam! I appreciate the work you've been doing to my ISF. I've ordered more parts from RR-Racing..see ya soon!!
2013 ISF here, 42K miles, the transmission works fine and the car operates normally however the trans is a bit more "auditable" should I say? not grinding or anything like that but you could hear more friction noise feedback from it. Taking it in because I don't have a lift.
I just bought a 08 isf with 135k miles. Trans fluid was never changed. Is it still ideal to drain the trans fluid with new one, (not a flush). Or should I leave it as is to avoid slipping.
Yes...do 2 drain and fills 500 miles apart.with filter a clean up pan and magnets..let me know how it goes for you .I've done this in cars with much higher miles 1st time d/f....you'll will be fine.
Yes..it's very important for the life of the the transmission to do so.. glad i can help..also if in the Atlanta area..id be more than to service it for you..give the video a 👍..it helps..
@@samiboost404 Fast reply lmao thank you. Also have you ever used the VAICO/non OEM filters. Theyre half the price but im a bit skeptical on some of this.
Great video so I’m about to purchase a 2013 ISF in ultrasonic blue from my friend. The car has about 58,000 miles and I want to do the transmission spark plugs and PCV from what I understand the PCV is a plastic threaded. The throttle body has anybody ever attempted to do it with the plenum on.???
It's a pain but can be done..I used a 22mm 1/2" drive with a 3/8" adapter and a wobble extension to get it out....you can also lift the hole manifold 1/2 an inch would help..
@@samiboost404 thank you sir for the response so when you’re ready to put the new one in, I’m just gonna hand thread it in with the extension obviously…..
Great work. Very informative.. You make it look easy even though I know enough to know it's not easy at all. Keep the video's coming.
Thanks 👍

To check level, do you need to shift through the gears before?
No ...just temp...
How many miles before the transmission filter should be replaced?
hi...60k is when I do it on all my cars and customers ..
How's the air intake system from RR? How was the tuning process with them?
Hi....I've had no complaints with rr intake and tune....rr is very professional...
I need this done to my LC500. You think you can do it lol?
Hello ..Yes I can ...are you in the Atlanta area?

Hi there, do you know the part numbers for the parts? Specifically the three round gaskets

Nice video....I would only recommend wearing gloves.
Yes for sure lol..I know better and usually do thank you ..👍
Hey question about doing this, Ive seen people do the gear shift and such prior to the drain. Do you normally skip it?
Hi ..You can.. but really not needed

Sorry.. haven't used them before... don't forget to like and subscribe.it helps my man tkd
If I am just changing the radiator and lose a little fluid from that, would I be safe with just putting 1-2 quarts in and then heat it up and drain?
Yes....go ahead and overfill it ...then do the drain level process...like👍 and subscribe tks

Yes ..I used a non wobble going back in...
How often does this service need to be done to an isf?
I do mine every once a year no more than 15k ..but recommend every 30k for a drain and fill..
Filter every 60k
@@samiboost404thank you!
If in Atlanta area..I can service it for you.
@@samiboost404I'm in Virginia unfortunately
If I was closer I would 100% would put my isf in your care for just about everything 😢
To confirm it’s 4-5 quarts with the filter change?
I would buy 6 quarts and put all 6 in...it will mix with the old better..that what I do...4-5 is not enough..👍
WTF is a trammission?
Lol...
