I just read a story before this one and guess what the name was? Chen. Getting tired of seeing this name in so many of these stories. I liked this story, apart from the awful placement of the full stops, which were where they shouldn't be.
Knowing their ability to dismiss I honestly don't think they had suffered enough for their crimes. Socially reputations were affected but I didn't see financial pain. The furniture and typewriter would have been damaged by their casual treatment of the invisible daughter.
