Hello, i am now in Kosovo and i must say that When you go at night thru Suhareka City Turn just stop there for an Hour drink an Coffe and eat Cake at „Missini“ and eat diner at one of the Restaurants there. And the Most beautiful thing for the First Time the Lights in the City 🤩

matt, mother nature has her ways set..crazy huh. shkup was flattened by an earthquake, then rebuilt. one experience i wont forget is waking to thunder strikes hitting the mountain nearby 😶 the whole house vibrated lol. the region is alive in every way you could possibly think 😉

I will visit Gjakova one day to explore my families heritage. I will take my daughter and together we will stop in the bazzar and shop also stop into every restaurant. I would LOVE to bring my parents but the trip from the US is very long and they are elderly now. if I can convince them That would be the best ever.

No the name derived from a Local Chatolic, whos name was Jak-Jaki and Sulejman Aga who bought Jakis land and built the Mosque there and so it became a city after that.
