    To those who say these are impractical- they aren't. It'll be about maintaining control of the fight. Using basic Krav Maga techniques to block and redirect an opponents blow, you can use their own momentum to bring them in closer so that you can deliver some of these blows, step behind the opponent, and leg sweep them to the ground. You can toss in an arm bar or whatever but at this point you have basically ended the fight and have control of their entire body if they still wish to continue.

      Monna7777777 this all you can find in books that are hundreds of years old, and each martial art shool is teaching it. Means there is nothing new, and if some people want to know this, they will find it in all old books too. The more harder point is, to be able to hit this points in a fight :-)
      But this video is made to defend your self, or to eleminate an attacker, not to be an attacker and to use this to kill people. Its to learn how to safe your self, AND to avoid that an attacker can/will hit you at this points. Krav Maga is to defend your self or other people. You can see it in all videos. Sure you can use it to attack other people, but you get teached in shools how to defend, or go out of a fight without to get killed by others. Overthink this, and you will see it from an other point of view.

      Monna7777777 I doubt you don't know half of them without watching this video...
      For example punching someone's throat can disable/kill them. That's rather obvious, right?

    • @clarksclan5
      @clarksclan5 9 років тому +3

      Ray Lee sport science actually disproved that, and fight smart did a bit on throat punches and claimed that with adrenaline involved most people will hardly pause in a fight. They could be wrong though I suppose

    It is obvious most people have never been in a physical fight. These pressure points are incredible to know and guess what? You get to also learn about your OWN weaknesses and your own body! So sad that humans don't all have anatomy and physiology using real cadavers...we would not be such a nation of BUNGELLAS AND BUNGELLOS.
    When in a real fight, there is a dilation of time and entirely different 'space' you do not get to experience unless you have been in fights, ride horses and understand the power of that animal and their weaknesses...it is a way of looking at the world not many understand and when push comes to shove and more, their adrenaline will cause paralysis.
    A bit hard to have the physical experiences we used to all experience before puberty 60 years ago...today. Martial arts helps hugely, aerobic dance type classes will tie the brain/head back to the body, dance in any form...without this experience it will be iffy you will survive an attack even by a 3 year old black belt toddler. My humbling experience!!
    Having some of this physical experience, just watching and thinking through the movements is helpful. But for those who never 'dance' (poor white guys, I am very serious), don't play golf, ride and drive motorcycles, cars, big rigs, boats...heck, riding horses is the NEXT best way to prepare. You'll learn about body language, wilderness...if you ride wilderness, you'll learn respect for all animals, you'll start seeing all of us humans are just a weird species of animal. One only one just one species, no varieties, no 'races'...different cultures sure but only just one species of human, just ONE. I feel animals are far far far superior than us humans. They 'fit' with life on this planet. We've been taught how to stay 'separate' and 'above' or 'superior' to all other life because something waved a 'wand' and 'made' us overnight.
    When you are IN THE FIGHT FOR YOUR LIFE OR DIE MOMENT, if you've experienced this weird 'world'...trust me, being reminded of these spots will help...."as my hand slid down the side of the neck to feel that clavicle, I just grabbed that bone as if to rip it out cramming my fingers into that space at a 45 degreeish angle" can be thought in just a microsecond...feels like a slow slow world. You learn to welcome this world, some actually get addicted. Forget worrying about pain! Snort!

    Quando se atinge certa idade, não dá mais pra brigar de forma tradicional. Trocar socos, rolar pelo chão. A perda de energia é muito grande. Pra economizá-la, em caso de ter que se defender , é preciso ser objetivo, bater no ponto certo, para acabar com a luta em pouco tempo. Daí a importância de se saber os pontos vulneráveis no corpo de uma pessoa. Alguns são mortais, se se bater muito forte. Não precisa disso. Basta dar o golpe moderadamente, o suficiente para fazer o adversário desabar. Há outros pontos que só causam muita dor, suficiente também para vencer o oponente. No UFC, no MMA certos golpes são proibidos pela lesão que possam causar. Está certo. Todavia, numa briga de rua não há regras e isso pode ser desvantajoso. Bruce Lee gostava de se sentir livre. Ele dizia que as competições nessas entidades, com restrições a alguns golpes, os lutadores ficam destreinados, ficam sem reflexos para defender as áreas sensíveis. E acabam levando o pior. Ele e seu ajudante vestiam roupas especiais e treinavam duramente sem restrições aos golpes. E, assim, aumentavam-se os reflexos na defesa e no ataque.

    Хорошо про нижнию челюсть не сказано. Вместо уязвимых челюстей, точки спортивного в перчатках на ринге. Точка под носом работает при боковом воздействии, чуть сбоку. А по челюсти бить надо несколько по иному, чем показывал инструктор. В остальном хорошая подборка мест приложения.

    I like this one move my dad taught me after his time in the military if you can visualize it , so someone is coming in for a lift and take down like mma , but the one being lifted has a good position to attack the spine and neck either paralyzing or kill the said aggressor lifting you up for a take down , buts I'd understand if the person dies or is paralyzed cause I'm not one to fight I avoid fighting as much as possible , but if push comes to shove they'd wish they never did and their life won't be the same

      That's why these'll always remain opportunity strikes.
      It all depends on how well your opponent manages to defend himself or how fast you are to recognize vulnerabilities.
      Even between two perfect fighters, sooner or later, one's gonna make a mistake.
