One thing I really like about your videos is that you do what you want and if no one like it thats thier problem. You are doing enjoying the the hobby your way. That the point of the hobby. I enjoy watching you thinking out of the box and making it work.
For someone that doesn't own a single RC I'm enjoying the heck out of your channel. Your down to earth attitude and sense of humor is so cool. Also for a relatively new channel you're content is (music etc) is amazing man, just like the RC's you make, it will come with time. Keep up the great work and that truck and trailer is amazing!!!!
Just never become one of those "product pushers". Dont sell out. What you do is so special. You have a great channel that will grow and be helpful to many of us guys who like to tinker and fabricate. Stay real.
If you use vinegar and water you can spray it on there and it will rust faster than setting it outside plus you can control where you want the rust hope that will help you
Just stumbled over your channel and this video.. add one more to your subscriber count. Awesome ideas and love that you build what you want how you want. 👍
Hydraulics levers and tool box look great. Love watching your ingenuity on these complex builds. Thank you for the TRX-4 servo mount tip. Cannot wait to see the finished truck and trailer.
When you were making the battery box, I thought it was going to be a fuel tank to fuel the trucks out in the boonies. I've seen my family do that for ATVs and such. You would need a filler cap and a filler nozzle to get those scale points. lol. I guess 5 gallon jerry cans can cover that concept but, hey, it's your rig. You may need a hydraulic fluid reservoir for that system too. :D Oh, you might get some benefit in getting a tap for the M3 or whatever the screws are. Since you're using steel, the square tubing is thick enough to be threaded. Just something to think about. Sometimes not needing a nut is a good thing and the screws can be cut down.
Sorry I missed this when it came out (crazy week) all the scale touches are great can't wait to see it drive. Keep up the good work 💯 thanks for sharing.
I would love to see a brushless motor on there and maybe stiffer front tire foam cause the wheels are gonna be on the rims with the batterys on there love the channel and how you use metal 😁😁
thank you for the inspiration to build a 4runner from scratch. was just going to get the rc4wd tf2 chasse, but know I want to build it to try, and look like my 1 to 1 4runner. your tow truck coming along great.
He's got a 4 Runner build planned, too. Making it look like the one in the driveway. I'm his wife and even I have to wait in line to get a car built. Lol!
i was hoping you making bumper for the truck with winch would been cool but like u say ur rc do what you want truck looks sick cant wait to see it finished
Great looking build man! I will say you are going to wear out the driveshaft between the transmission and transfer case extremely quickly. I have my own custom long wheelbase crawler with that transmission setup and I have gone through three or four center driveshafts in a matter of months. The angles on that are also a little steeper than mine. To combat that I angled the transmission down to give a better angle and it helped a good bit. Just something to think about. Other than that looks amazing and I can't wait to see it finished!
I did think about it, but all the pictures I saw of them just didn't look good to me compared to the classic bumper on it. I might change my mind down the road so we will see.
love it man. i want to get back in to it so bad just haven't been to encouraged to lol. i will one day. i have a traxxas slash raptor that i wanted to make in to a drag car and make a trailer so i might have to try and do something like this lol.
sweet looking rig been following the build. just my 2 cents that you might run into issues with ujoint wear from transmission to transfercase your driveline angle seems a little steep. but great videos cant wait to see it in action
After watching several of your "build" videos and doing a little research, I can tell you this is not a hobby for the faint of heart or budget. Being a fixed income individual makes me a spectator, only. I'm currently saving my pennies and collecting parts to build myself a FPV glider w/ tilt-and-pan ability and I've got over $400 invested w/ quite a bit more to acquire. smh

The audio is good, Thank you for not breathing into the microphone. Thank you for not playing music while you are explaining things,
Yeah looking awesome, here watching before work Wednesday morning.
As an offroader, fabricator, and a dad. WafflesRC is the only 2 dimensional entertainment i need. Congratulations on last weeks video
2 dimensional ?
Is he a cartoon ?😮
Im saying I don't usually find watching TV entertaining. TV = 3d objects formatted on a 2d plane
Love the way it's coming out, great job 💪👍🙌. Doing a snow plow from plastic kids toy. 🤯😁😁😁

Man this thing is wild!!!!! Inspires me to create my own rig from scratch. Wish I knew how to wel/owned a welder haha great work brother
If you use vinegar and water you can spray it on there and it will rust faster than setting it outside plus you can control where you want the rust hope that will help you

im glad there is another welder like me out there. forgets ground clamp or to turn the welder on. lol
see, you just need the bluetooth clamp and the thought-controlled power regulator. idk why people bother to own welders without those.
Awesome awesome videos

@fullsendEm8076 nice I can't wait for that. He's definitely got a lot of talent in building them. My runner is a first gen though built for the rocks.
A spay bottle with salt water let sit until look is perfect and rinse and clear coat!
Love the video. Only help I can offer is a lavier microphone to help with sound, and it’s also easier to time lapse in post production.
i was hoping you making bumper for the truck with winch would been cool but like u say ur rc do what you want truck looks sick cant wait to see it finished
Could always use small n42 magnets for securing tool box doors
I love this shit man!!
So cool!
I'm trying to keep up with your build while I'm doing mine, what size sheet steel do you find works best 👌 😅😊
The biggest I could find at home depot was a 24in x 24in. I just had to make multiple pieces for the longer parts

Great video! The hydraulic levers were a nice touch.
what a fricken beast..
i just got the same tyres from ebay.. theyre not bad... :)
So much talent in these creations! Love the work. Any thoughts of a push bar/bull bar for the front "bumper"? Keep up the amazing work and content 👌
I did think about it, but all the pictures I saw of them just didn't look good to me compared to the classic bumper on it. I might change my mind down the road so we will see.
For those switches on the side you could of used 3 way switches lol
