I don't think the bag is meant to be kept. Usually if the bag is a part of the overall album packaging the KOMCA sticker will be on the bag. The sticker on Wendy's album is on the album not the bag so you can probably trash it if you want. The bag on this album is definitely hard to open and I think it's on purpose to stop people from trying to open them up and steal the photo cards. That was a very common problem with NCT 127's Neo Zone albums at Target. It was so annoying seeing all the obviously opened albums with missing photo cards.

I heard that music plaza opens up their albums and reshuffles the pcs cus my roommate and I got 2 superhuman albums and it looked like they used hot glue to re-seal the opening, plus we pulled the same exact pcs😳idk if I’m going crazy or not LOL

Pulling the same PCs when you buy multiple copies from the same store is very common. It's a manufacturing thing.
