And just think about 5 or 6 years ago I updated to my flip phone from my old Sony phone that had a pull out antenna! .....LOL..... can do lots of stuff with this thing!!! It would be great to show how to use apps or choices at one time. Like when you're on the phone and need to access messages or texts for information you need, then go back to the phone call.
Can't find a way to copy & past music to this phone's storage hard drive. When I plug phone cabal into the computer, the phone icon comes up however, when I click onto it nothing is there. No hard drive is shown.

Call me krazy but ..... the first 3 things I want to see in a smart phone review are 1) The Android version (operating system) installed 2) The amount of RAM 3) The amount of internal storage. I would also include that crucial info in the video description. That tells me whether I should bother watching the video or consider the phone. It amazes me that the people at HSN would do a full 1 hour promo of a smart phone and NEVER mention any of this in the entire hour !! Cuckoo ! Cuckoo !!
i have a ? so i have the a11 and it has or says 32gigs and when i checked storage i have 13 gigs available. had a 128 gig pny sd card that some how when it formatted it shut the phone OFF, I had to power back on then said sdcard was corrupted took it out, whats the purpose of sdcard if apps cant be moved only pics n music?
Here's a tip, best tip ever for this particular phone actually, DON'T GET IT. i literally find myself yelling at my phone and extremely high blood pressure bc it's so frkn slow switching from anything. Can pretty much have only 1 app open for use at a time, then need to reboot to open and use another, then same thing for another, and another, and so on.... Then went to Motorola Fusion One+ and it was an enormously huge night and day difference. No more hostility yelling at my phone and slept much better at night.
Does anyone know why EVERY flippin time HSN runs a Tracfone phone promo, they spend half the video explaining how the Tracfone program works ?? I'm pretty sure it works the same for EVERY and ANY Tracfone you buy and it hasn't changed for the 10 years I have been using Tracfones. This is VERY annoying to me.

Good tutorials. I accessed battery management through Settings | Device Care | Battery | Power Mode .
The double tap to open & holding down the home button to access google assistant were my favorite tips
