2:06 *DNA DEPENDENT RNA POLYMERASE
Yes maam, i am coming to write this in comment
What is 'N' terminal??
@@sandeepbhagat4267 N terminal is the amino terminal present at the first aminoacid of the of protein sequence, much similar to the 5' end of the DNA ; and the ending terminal is the carboxylic terminal or C terminus.
hope it helps
Nice lecture
Mam ... exactly yehi video Chahiye tha.... seriously..thank you ..and also make other respective videos
2:06 and 7:20 here DNA DEPENDENT RNA POLYMERASE
Excellent explanation
Keep it up 👆
I am also a teacher. I listen you. Your methodology is nice. God Bless you.
Thanks a lot ma'am ....kitna try kiya tb jake well explained vedio mila ..it's wonderful ......I understood very well😁😁😁
How well you explain so complex things into their simplest forms....thanks a lot ma'am!
the way of explanation is excelllent easy to understand Thankyou very much mam
SRP binds with Larger subunit not with smaller subunit ...
😂😂😂waah
Correct yourself
Toh whi toh bola isne😂
Nothing is wrong she said srp binds to signal sequence not smaller subunit...and ss is present at larger subunit ....so what is wrong???
Correct! SRP protein binds to larger subunit of ribosome not to smaller subunit.Mam kabhi kabhi galat ek do information bol deta hai 😊kya kare insan se hota rehta hai.
Aap bohot achcha explain karti hain..thank you so much
Thank you so much Avantika ma'am. You are a genius!!🙏🙏
Thanks mam you are making a change by helping many students ! Loved your work 🔥🔥🔥
Please make separate pyqs vdeo for protein sorting mam. I am doing cell biology from your channel and i am loving every vdeo and explanations . Thankyou mam
Thank you so much mem.. Aap bahut achhe se explain karte ho.. ☺
Exactly jo chahiye tha vahi mila thank you mam 🤗🤗🤗
You are just amazingg........❤ Thank uh soo much for all of this...✨

Mam u r such a ideal teacher😊
thank u maam
Mind blowing explaination
Very nice explanation mam ty so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰
Mam development bio pr vedios bnao
Mam g bio chemistry Kay topic hormones pr b 1 video bna dain plzzzzz
Will ribosome enter the er or just Present on the membrane and release the protein inside?
Kindly mam microbiology k b lecture upload kr dain
Easy to learn😊
Thnk u so much mam.... Amazing lecture👍👍👍
And i love your teaching style🤗❤😍
Thank you so much mam.... very helpful video😊❤
U beautify the things
Thanku mam plz upload more videos important for csirnet lifescience
Sure I will
Great explanation,,,, thank you so much mam💐
Thank u so much mam, it's very helpful video🙂🙂
Nice
Please have a topic on" topology and super coiling."....💕@bansal
Can you present this series and videos from English? Cuz we can't understand
Hindi language
thanks for this series😍
Please make a video fully on Protein sorting in golgi
Mam ...... What are different between protein trafficking and protein targetting
nice lecture mam 👌👌👍👍🙏🙏 thankyou ☺️
It's a very useful video. Can you please Tell me which text book should be followed for this topic?
thank you ma'am sab smjh aa gya
Ma'am, what's the difference between Protein Sorting and protein Trafficking?
Protein sorting is the phenomenon or a process where the protein formed in ER are sorted in golgi...means the golgi body will rectify the misfoldings occured in a protein or detect any problem occurred in the formation of a protein...then it will pack the protein with it's vesicles and send them to various organelles of the cell i.e, mitochondria or lysosome or peroxisome...this is called protein trafficking or transport...
Excellently explained...
Mam u r too good , mam love uhh so much
Awesome lecture 💖💖💖💖💖
Mam is it ok to end the Co-translational translocation here or we have to proceed it for the further vesicle formation in golgi apparatus?
Ty mam it's really helpful
The hell this was actually complicated thank god I haven't gone for the thousand rupees books😆
Thank you mam....pura samjh m aa gya ....🤗🤗🤗
Kiya samaj aya tell me how ribosomes are released after a complete protein is targeted into ER. 😂😂
@@Muzee123 naam to tumhara motivation h aur kr rhe ho torcher tm🤣🤣😂😂.... After protien targeting into ER ribosome are realised by RRF that is ribosomal realising factor
@@vaishalisingh1154 now ur jrf 1👍
@@Muzee123 😍
@@Muzee123 tum bhi preparation kr rhe ho net ka?
So nice explanation mam
mam you didnt talked about the insertion of membrane protein with cleavable sequence
Mam mera math bahut weak hai a part ko kaise kre please🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 tell me
Excellent concept!
Very helpful 👍
Mam aap isme free ribosome or attached m diff btane vale th
Amazing...
Very helpful mam. Plz tell the best reference book for iit jam biotechnology.
Protein sorting me ribosome ka kon sa type h
Mam, wo srp receptor jab srp se bind hote hai..tab wo srp, ribosome se kaise separate ho jaa rha hai?
Thnx mam for this .... 🙏
Well explained . 👍
mam please pura protein targeting complete karana.
Yes regular lecture will be uploaded on this topic😊
Thanks mam
Very nice presentation. But have a small doubt; during each step of translation (that is addition of individual amino acids, formation of peptide bonds, and so on), do all these steps are linked to translocation into ER separately and finally a full fledged protein is formed in the lumen of ER ?
Addition of individual amino acid is done by tRNA in the larger subunit of Ribosome(aa taken from cytoplasm only) , and the growing polypeptide chain is continuously entering the er lumen
❤
Thank you ma'am.. 👌👌
Mam please tell me what is best time to learn is it night or morning 🌅🌄
Morning....it the golden time.....if u want to explain more i can give you the substantial reasons.
Please explain more
@@pankajshayari8369 rasmiranjan633@gmail.com mail me and i will explain it to you....not here
Thank you so much yr🙏
Thank you ma'am 😊
WHAT BOOK DO YOU REFER ?
Mam dna dependent rna protein hoga na
Thank you so much
Ma'am srp large subunit se bind krta h ribosome ki or small???
Terrific...Well explained 💯💯.
Glad it was helpful!
Amazing
thanku so much mam....
Crystal clear!!
Thank you so muchh mam❤️
Most welcome
Keep it up mam
U look beautiful mam
Maine apne pura cover kra h.... Protein sorting??
Because u have told that they come and attch later on ER
Thanks Mam
Thanks 😊
Aap please btaiye net ki preparation kaise kru
Thanks!
Pls mam tell me pathfinder is enough to clear csir net
Mam I have a confusion that co translation process actually takes place on the ribosome that is bound to ER or the ribosome that is free in cytoplasm
Co translation takes place in the membrane bound ribosomes while post translation takes place in the free ribosomes
first protein formation starts on free ribosome right??? If that is the case, which ribosome will bind to the translocon? Is it the free ribosome or the ribosome of ER?
Free ribosome
Mam ap jo padha rahi hai uska pdf bhi send kar dejeye
Saxat Saraswati hai aap. 👍
Please do vedio s in English
wowoowooww
Mem part a ko kese comlet kare please🙏 batao
Really helpful 🤗
Glad it was helpful!
Thnk u mam ❤️
👌👌👌
Achhi trah se explain nhi kiya aapne yhan par yeh aa jayega aisa nhi bolte Hain science k teacher us chiz ka koi naam hai kya to thik se btaiye csir net mzak nhi hai mam
Can you please tell, which book to follow for this particular topic?
Pathfinder Fundamental and Practice I
Dna dependent Rna polymerase enzymes hota h no dna polymerase
