the butterfly is called an akuma in miraculous , but the black akuma is a bad butterfly cause its gonna akumatize people who is sad or angry at something, and will turn into a bad guyy and the when ladybug and cat noir has defeated the bad guy, ladybug have to catch the black akuma in her yoyo , then the black akuma will turn to white akuma .
So the mouth is a Akuma and ladybug. Use a yo-yo to capture the Kooma, and turn it into a butterfly.

So the butterfly is called an akuma used by hawkmoth/monarch to akumatize people basically possessing people that are angry/sad to turn them into villians that try to capture ladybug's and catnoir's miraculous so hawkmoth can bring his wife back to life (catnoir's mom)
