I love the iSi whipper. I use it for quick infusions as well as making foams. I like to make vegan foam using methylcellulose and xantham gum because sometimes the egg whites or aquafaba create a smell to the foams

I have a question. Can you replace the egg white with a shelf stable ingrediant? Like xanthum powder or simular?
