Damn girl, I'm impressed! You were able to hold you arms up that long to info all those braids and then shave that perfect design on your head. Just yesterday I have my son a mohawk. It took all that I could to get it even on both sides. I bet I know how your mirror got broken. You dropped it while trying to hold on to it while doing something like this to your hair. LOL..

dreads seem like such a hassle to put in and take out but you really make them work

I love love this!! I had dreads once as a teen and my mother told me I could not live at home if I kept them in. She is still uncool to this day....but decades post teenage hood I still crave that vibrancy and expression...but in the adult world, the professional world, I somehow don't think this look would fly for me. But seeing this wild hair unleashes something within me. BIG LOVE!

ROYALTY _BEAUTI incorrect. If given the chance all hair types will dread. That is what happen to any type of hair that keeps growing indefinately. Textured hair is more prone to dreading but all hair does it. I went without conditioner for a week because I accidentally packed two shampoos on a trip to a less developed nation, and could not get a cong through my hair. By the time I got conditioner it was beginning to dreadlock itself. Took hours to get it undone. Just picking away at it.

Yep! They are synthetic or wool so as long as you keep them clean you can! It depends on how well they are made too- just like a hair extension or a wig!
