I have diastasis recti and a hernia. I would definitely get surgery if I wasn’t scared 😩🤎
Do you or did you have a bulge in the center of your abdomen? I think I have both as well. When I had my second baby my stomach had this weird bulge in the center when I would get up from laying. And it hurt too. Felt like something was coming out or poking me 😩
