Use the hair spray 3 times a week on your hair to moisturize it so it doesn't dry out and break
Use the oil for your scalp massages and to seal in the moisture in your hair after using the spray

You need more than that for a good hair routine: herbal spray, leave in, detangler/prepoo, shampoo, deep conditioner, oil/butter at minimum.

I don t like the smell of tea tree too, I use eucalyptus oil.
