Looking back on the round you should have just said 4 sixes, so they have to increase the number. You threw.
Saying x sixes is usually an obvious lie, so a good player will call you out, but they aren't really incentivized to unless the next guy is also good.

the odds of having 4 of a particular value card in the 20 would be ((52!/32!)-4*(51!/31!)+6*(50!/30!)-4*(49!/29!)+1*(48!/28!))/(52!/32!) thanks to my autismal set theory concept I discovered in discrete math. which is around 1.7% although it probably doesn't work because I adapted it from something that works for sets of digits and I just tested it for 52 of 52 cards but it gave me something like 97 percent but I realized it might be because I have the equation on top for 4 constraints, it doesn't really make sense, I think if I had the proper 52 constraints for 52 cards it should work though. Basically this is how it works, its like an AND logic gate for having particular elements, if you did like the 1-((46!/26!/(52!/32!)) It just gives you the odds of having at least one of the 4, like an OR logic gate, heres how it works though, for every element you need to have, you take the coefficents and slide it over one then add it to the coefficient that the value to the right of it had, so for zero const its 1* the amount of possibilities in a given set for one its 1* the amount of possibilities - 1*the amount of possibilities in a set with one less element for two its 1-2+1 for 3 its 1-3+3-1 for four its 1-4+6-4+1 for five its 1-5+10-10+5-1 etc, where you negate the next value so it alternates between adding and subtracting and for every coefficient you multiply it by the overall possibilities minus one set element of the previous. Please don't steal my cool concept or you will be cursed.
