* RSS:
I was able to achieve this dashing off the starting point either to the left or to the right.
* BSS:
Dashing off the right side, and airdodging into the bottom, you can get 0.53 max. Dashing off the left side, airdodging into the bumper and SDIing and then airdodging into the bottom gets 0.48.

O.O the timer starts after you start moving!

The timer doesn't start until 12 frames, or 0.20 seconds after the player begins to move, if memory serves (someone correct me if I'm wrong). In Jigglypuffs' BtT stage, it's possible to suicide before the 0.2 second countdown begins, so you wind up with a BSS time of 0.00 seconds.
