If you dont think this album is in the Top 10 Best Rock albums of all time you either havent heard it or you havent got a clue about music. I cant express how perfect every second of this album is. 11/10 stars
Dante Sparda he is nice. It's been said that his heart is too big for his chest he's a great guy. He used to be a dick with the heroine and alcohol and stuff
This record is timeless. It's like take everything that's good about the 80's, 90's, and 2000's, throw out all that is bad, roll it up, light it up, and you got this record.
This record is still in constant rotation for me . I still think this is the best rock record released in years .i remember when this came out the lumineers won best 'rock ' album what a joke ....I've never heard an artist ( especially a. Guitarist ) manage to put an album out with a different singer every song and manage to still sound like themselves ! This record dances circles around anything mainstream that's come out in years period .
The Album Totally Rocks - But then Slash never put out anything that wasn't anything less than spectacular - so he keeps taking his music to New heights.
Slash is the true essence of Rock N Roll. He also looks incredible for his age. Look at pics from the GnR club days to now and he's hardly been affected physically by the fast and hard lifestyle of a rock star. Most rockers look like a Meth addict who got run over by a pack of wild dogs after a decade or so. Really don't think that the Paradise City version with Fergie and the Cypress Hill guy works though. The rest of the album is good to smokin.
@@frankc1621 I know! I couldn't believe it when the news broke and I love what I've heard so far. For me, it goes back to 1998, I moved to Phoenix from Chicago in January and almost right away I took a girl on a 1st date to see Slash's Blues Ball and it was awesome, and so I've been jonesing ever since, lol
It's cool to see that he's come so far and now that he's back in Guns N' Roses it's pretty cool. I'm happy for him, Axl, and Duff and the rest of the crew. #Slash #GnFnR
Nice too see Steven and Slash together again after all these years, Steve seems to be doing really great these days, hope it continues on for him, he deserves some happiness, and hes a great drummer still. Great album from a great fucking guy.
When I first heard "Fergie" was going to be on Slash's album, I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical. After hearing her belt that shit out, I stand clearly corrected! Damn girl - you were made for R&R! LOVE how they put that song together. Josh Freese on drums - I used to watch him when he was just a kid play in a band called "Polo" back in the 80's. Psyched to see his talent continued throughout the years! Such a talented drummer!
"Ghost" is such an inspiring song: it sounds so damn tight. Like in the old GnR days. That's guitar riffs making love to each other ... you can always hear it, when Izzy and Slash play together. That's a match made in hell.
Nicole Sherzinger doesn't get enough credit for her work on this. Fergie was absolutely brilliant but for some reason it totally over shadowed Nicole's performance which I personally prefer.
Great cast of artists on this album!! Many other artists love Slash's guitar playing. I appreciate that Slash remains so humble despite all of the awards and accolades he has recieved.
Kaustav Das everyone has their opinion, and that was yours. For me, they are not even in the same Realm. I don't think it would have been a good match. Sorry. That's my opinion.
I've always thought that if an alien landed and asked, What is it with you humans? we'd just hand him this album and say, Understand this and you'll understand us... Oh, and Ozzy's final line just about killed me with laughter!
"My girlfriend was bobbin', and I was BOBBIN', and everything was *BOBBIN'*

don't get me wrong i agree but everyone has their own opinions you close minded fuck
I think slash is a nice guy. I don't understand why some people say he's rude.
Dante Sparda he is nice. It's been said that his heart is too big for his chest he's a great guy. He used to be a dick with the heroine and alcohol and stuff
I'm sure HE's nice since he's sober. I also believe he's very intelligent but was to lazy to go to school. He had better things to do...lol...
@@we_are_nevertheless7305 you don’t know how so keep ur mouth shut
Imagine what he was like when he wasn’t sober

One of the greatest rock/guitar albums of all time!

RIP Lemmy! Absolute legend!
Very Happy Slash Got Steve Adler in with this group of great talent.

SkeletonMan IKR lol
Mad love for Slash and Duff for staying clean and surviving all the shit.
Exactly...cuz Slash stayed dying in the 90's 🤣🤣
@@Sugafied08 and look who’s dying with his voice now
To Slash...thanks for giving me a leg up on staying clean!!!
same
The Album Totally Rocks - But then Slash never put out anything that wasn't anything less than spectacular - so he keeps taking his music to New heights.
2023 and this album stills kickin' asses
"lemmy was just like what ever. gets up to the mic and starts growling "

We should also note that we can hardly see the parts that would be affected 99% of the time.
+Gaming Guitar Player muy groso es un super héroe de un cómics no tiene reemplazo slahs por siempre un dios,,,,,,,,,ancho ncs
He's british, british people age slowly
He's half black, black don't crack...
One of the greatest. I wish he's do this again.
I want him to do an all-instrumental album, and a traditional blues album. so bad.
@@joeblough261 you both got your wish in 2024!

I saw Slash in Jakarta in 2010 touring the solo record. Unbelievable. Unforgetable.
Never in doubt.
Slash is still my lifetime legend.
Slash is so cool and chilled. He's like a regular guy off stage. Not pretentious, rude, eccentric. He is very down to earth and polite
Great album!!!! Great musicians too! Go SLASH!!!
19:18 "He's kinda the Page/Richards for our generation" Portnoy had it right.
just let it in PAGE of our generation... and it´s really like that
My favorite Slash!!! Saw him 4 times, always great show
Slash and Dave grohl
Perfect
Insane339 Oh yeah ! I don't know how many hours have I spent listening to this song on repeat
One of the best albums ever made.
Love that part at the end with Ozzy... "Buy the fucking thing... If they don't I'm going to find them and kill their baby pet!" He's so funny!
It's cool to see that he's come so far and now that he's back in Guns N' Roses it's pretty cool. I'm happy for him, Axl, and Duff and the rest of the crew. #Slash #GnFnR
This is amazing! So much talent. I love that Slash shares so much
He allows fans to be part of the process. SWEET! Ty.😊 💚

Great album from a great fucking guy.
Graiskye steve and slash have always stayed in touch thru out the yrs
Yes they are brothers..their friendship can never be fully over
God, how I wish Matt Bellamy was a part of this!
Well there is now way he could have done worse than Adam Levine that's for sure.
'By The Sword' is one of the best songs. And I don't mean on the album, I mean of all time
Slash is doing great things. i'm stoked to be alive in the same era & listening to the great music.
After seeing the video i feel should more respect for the records...
Salute...Slash you are my man...

Slash's favorite song on the album is gotten. That's a god damn nice album! Having it on repeat for weeks

Master of brilliant collaborations!
Amazing algum!! One of the best ever....

That freaking Wolfmother song kicks ass
It’s actually a slash song with Andrew Stockdale but yep it’s awesome
Nicole Sherzinger doesn't get enough credit for her work on this. Fergie was absolutely brilliant but for some reason it totally over shadowed Nicole's performance which I personally prefer.
I Love this Album !
not too much of a fan of Adam levigne, but his voice can be brilliant in certain songs

Duff at 9:47 and Steven at 9:49. This is really fuckin bad ass to have all these people on here!

Great cast of artists on this album!! Many other artists love Slash's guitar playing. I appreciate that Slash remains so humble despite all of the awards and accolades he has recieved.
😉👍 hermosa LA CANCION!!
RIP Lemmy
"by the sword" is epic
I used to hate Fergie but then I learned that Slash liked her, and so now I like her lol
Dude, I'm missing James Hetfield the great. James with Slash would have been epic.
Mustakim Ahmed This is not the only video where my comment is on top.
Mustakim Ahmed This is what I do......
Kaustav Das Maybe James doesn't like to do session stuff.......But it would be great indeed
Disposable Heroes.
Kaustav Das everyone has their opinion, and that was yours. For me, they are not even in the same Realm. I don't think it would have been a good match. Sorry. That's my opinion.
Slash would sound good with Serj Tankian and Daron Malakian of System Of A Down
love slash/ ...
Saint is a Sinner Too is spectacular. Rocco and Slash need to colab again.
I love that lick he plays at 4:07
Damn this is like XX century rock stars in one album
Enredo*, e esse disco é épico, um das maiores obras primas de música hj em dia
I wanna see Slash, Izzy, Duff, and Steven collaborate with M Shadows for a full album and tour :))))
Awesome he was able to work with Lemmy before he left us.
Slash kicks ass
Do u know what would make the best Slash & friends? The original line up of GnR...
But the album is called Slash and 'Friends'. the operative being 'friends'.
Fair enough haha but the ideal 'friends' album would be the original line-up.........
Slash UK Since when was Slash friends with Tracii Guns?...

I cant hear the resemblance to the solo on Withered Delilah... what second of WD?
