Yea, i like this game. I hated tarkov because of it being so "realistic" that it felt like a chore to play but arena breakout has a good balance between arcadey/realistic gameplay so yeah pretty excited for it. Definately going to be a game that i play in between other games.

i think it will dissapoint with the pay to win / progress mechanics you cannot say i will buy the bigger package and i have some features you need to pay monthly for bigger secure container and more things
and my letdown is that it uses the old tarkov recoil wich is not so great and a important fact for a shooter game
They really need to launch with Northridge in my opinion, thiers just so much content on that map.
I think they rushed the release so they can get people to play their game resulting the game having minimal content
@joshuanudalo3962 I know but they really should have released Northridge before armory, Northridge is the best map in my opinion because of the vast amount of interactions you can uave on the map.
I agree, that map was released together with the first two on mobile if I remember correctly. Not having it here really sucks. I guess either Northridge has too much detail to ship it in time, or they just want to drop it together with the next season/full release.

delta force and a game called forever winter are both my most hyped up games atm. stalker 2 I'm kinda keeping my expectations low atm because they have delayed the game multiple times, which has me a bit worried tbh, really hope it turns out good though

@@elitereptilian200 seems like they're remaking the black hawk down campaign, but multiplayer seems like it's battlefield and also an extraction shooter gamemode
@@elitereptilian200 The game is becoming an ability based shooter, so you will use overpowered Fantasy powers, it's not Delta Force/Typhoon Rising series, just another cash grab more reminiscent of Overwatch, Apex etc.
No Modern FPS really is like old FPS, better to play older games until modern FPS devs just get their shit together.
While you're waiting for Stalker 2, play all the Metro games (fps one), and Atomic Heart. All great games that I played through.

But the difference is you could still upgrade your container with the standard edition, the editions of the game just give you stuff at the beggining but if you have to always keep paying a sub for it then that would actually suck but I understand the game is free to play@@RGBeanie

Grey zone warfare is whats filling up my shooter time since I just grabbed it & I have 0 performance issues. Its been a great time
I love the tarkov streamlined experience. Going back to tarkov the past couple weeks makes you realize how much tedium is in the main menu simulator. I wish they were launching with another map because the first two are similar and so burnt out
There will be many more maps, each with unique features:
Armory: A hardcore map focused around a heavily fortified bunker. It provides high-quality loot but also attracts numerous enemies, creating a high-risk, high-reward environment.
Mine: A vast map with rolling hills, ideal for snipers and vehicle combat. The expansive terrain requires careful navigation to avoid long-range attacks and vehicle threats.
Northridge: An open, heavily forested area with many loot hotspots. The dense woods offer ample cover and stealth opportunities, making vigilance essential while searching for valuable items.
Valley: Similar to Northridge with its forested environment, but with distinct features and layout differences to provide a unique experience.
Port: A smaller map reminiscent of the Streets of Tarkov. It features close quarters with many hidden players, making it a hotspot for "rat" gameplay.
TV Station: A high-intensity map designed for close-quarters combat, offering fast-paced and aggressive gameplay.

went from a GTX 2060 at minimum to a Geforce rtx 960
Honestly the ABI closed beta made me uninstall Tarkov, and I know I'm not the only one. I literally only grinded Farm during the beta, didn't touch Valley even once, so even just one more map is big for me. The game just caters so perfectly to someone like me that I don't see the lack of content being an issue considering the open alpha will be many people's first time getting hands on time with the game, provided there isn't a long chunk of time between alpha and season 1.
being able to instantly queue within 20 seconds was a death sentence alone for tarkov imho

Their needs to be far more fleshed out progression for the game and I hope that is what they have focused on developing, also their monetization strategy will determine whether it lives or dies on PC

Finals yeah. I personally enjoy Apex Legends, I have gotten into The First Descandant, and even rocking with Crime Boss: Rockay City. Until the next singleplayer story driven game comes, almost always love those! :)

Mobile version actually has one more map called Mine,which came out with season 5. So that's Farm,Northridge,Valley,Tv station,Port,armory and mines
I saw you covered Hunt Showdown a few times in the past, but I'm not sure how interested in the game you still are.
What I wanted to say is that the game is getting a major update soon(August 15th) including engine upgrade, new map, new event and more. Maybe you could check that out when it releases?

Im super excited for the new update, been playing it a ton recently.
Dude that game is not going to get anymore popular, read the room. Hunt showdown isn't an interesting pvp game, the world is too boring, it probably would have been better off as a horror shooter.
What ruined Hunt Showdown was the lack of imagination for the timeframe, and common sense from the devs, nobody wants to use Civil War/WW1 weapons, and shacks and swamps are boring to explore.

There is a game called level zero extraction that had a really fun demo that's coming out the same days as ABI (13th) that I would recommend playing once its out
I think people like me, who dropped tarkov entirely, are looking for a similar experience with better QoL aspects will play the game. Long term is another thing. Maybe they're holding back on maps so that they're more exciting when launched?
This game didn't fill that niche for me. I went back to tarkov. It is way better as it has had so much more time to develop. This game may be better in a few years.

@shahadalwttar1386 I rarely see cheaters. The most expensive edition is $200 but the standard goes on sale regularly for $47.
@@thelittledetailscr7231 you don't see cheaters because getting killed by one randomly is a dead giveaway. Most cheats are for loot, skill progression, and PMC positions. I used to see ones that would give you a spot to shoot on the wall to ricochet for a head shot.

I have been playing StalcraftX and i love it! what an improvement they have made since i played it last. when i played before it was hard to get into the grind. now i am hooked, got my boys in discord hooked as well.
3 maps really sounds like too little content, especially for extraction shooters where the variety in maps is one of the key things...and the fanbase is pretty sweaty, they are going to get bored real quick like Fry said.

I much prefer polished limited content over lots of content in a technical mess. Lack of content would only be an issue if it was a full release. I am fine with limited content in early access.
So I’ve been playing PvE Tarkov cause I honestly don’t like Tarkov PvP. But when I payed arena breakout, man, it had all the features that made the PvP enjoyable. Super excited.

AB's entire existence depends on the P2W model it will adapt. I don't care if you can buy currency with real cash in the game, only losers would spend $20 for kits. My issue will be EXP boosts, vendor skipping, quest skipping, in game damage/health/stam buffs, along with items that change gameplay like the Unheard band from Tarkov. A larger gamma case is whatever, it won't stop me from killing you. But let's say there is lvl 7 armor that can only be bought with Real money, then yeah, it's a problem. Only 3 maps are also a big problem for keeping a healthy player base active, with 2 of the maps already being played in that closed beta.

They don't have any of those advantages with monetization in the mobile version so I doubt it'll be anything like that
yeah, true, it all depends on how they will approach it, but unfortunately, it is Tencent we are talking about, you never know with those guys. Also the Unheard edition didn't really change anything when it comes to fighting in game. that in no way shape or for justifies that fucking dogshit addition but still, thought it would be nice to clarify

As a tarkov player willing to try a new game they didn't do me in any favours. I'm sure a lot of other tarkov players in a similar situation which is odd considering you'd think they'd want to target tarkov players.
Release their test near the end of tarkov wipe when most people are bored of the wipe but then don't give access to the regular player, instead streamers and people getting lucky with codes.
Then release into early access a few weeks after a tarkov wipe when I will be playing tarkov.
I hope the game is still alive in 3 months so I can try the game at some point.

I play The mobile Chinese version since 4 years ago this game is 🔥💯
In mobile this season we had bew map now called mine, crazyy big map, you need car juat to go around and sniper's fav map. Had 5x more larger than the previously biggest map (nortridge), even in nortridge you need to walk 10 minutes to get to POI, its gonna be heaven for pros like shroud and lvndmark 😅😅😅.
Ffs I hope they made it possible to bind the ALT key to something when it releases...

They are finally out of Early Access and I am hoping they have major changes coming that'll revive the game.
Arena Breakout looks good too so I'll most likely be playing both...
But something I stated before which I stay true to; I don't like Arena Breakout's "EASY" mechanics. It's less immersive and realistic. It's more of an arcade extractions shooter.
But again, I'll be playing both so Im pretty hyped for this.
yeah fair, not the biggest fan of the easier mechanics in ABI, kinda sucks the soul of the game out. But not everything is for everyone

I'm playing Arena Breakout on mobile and while the game is extremely polished and looks amazing, playing a FPS game on a phone without K+M just doesn't feel right, so I'm 100% switching to Infinite once it launches on PC

I'd be more than happy to play Battlefield 2142 for 1,000+ more hours on their old maps just to play that game again. People and their needing to be 10000000 maps.

Ghosts of tabor dropped with only two maps for almost the entire first year of the development of the game, ended up blowing up before they even added the third😂

Is it just me or is something off with the player models scaling?? At 4:35 the models look huge compared to the door...is it just me???
There is a small set of stairs I think, maybe that's why?
I think recoil on guns were kinda too jumpy and their anisotropic filtering options were mid you either had too sharp or a blurry fucking mess but the game was fun i know if the game visually doesnt get better so i can actually spot players i wont be playing it long

Apparently according to several accounts on Reddit the p2w / micro transaction game is and will be extremely aggressive compared to the play tests many of you tried. It does not look good tbh.
