Looks good but wish she use gloves. I don’t get it. She uses tong to pick up one but use bare hands to pick up the other. What would be the purpose ? Takes less than 2 seconds to wear gloves.
Who the fuck wears gloves in a restaurant? I’ve worked in many, and haven’t seen a single pair.
@@IntlManOfLeisuremany restaurant kitchens in the United States require gloves, also different color of knives and cutting boards the color indicates what you are cutting and the same goes for different prep sinks. It's called preventing cross contamination.
