Could this be considered a Liaison type of hawker? Some of the Hawker vendors I visit in Asia are top notch. I always aim for a few hawker meals during trips.

Looks good but wish she use gloves. I don’t get it. She uses tong to pick up one but use bare hands to pick up the other. What would be the purpose ? Takes less than 2 seconds to wear gloves.
