Is Flagg really worth it? It feels so clunky, adds another global, and never looks that impressive in the damage breakdown. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Yeah it adds a lot of damage from the mastery buff during your goes. You just have to flagg before the kidney shot and you're good to go.
