Vincent is rarely seen from where I play (rank 35) and even if he is, its rare for me to go like “ugh they have vincent they are definitely going to win” because hes not that op imo. Just use any hero thats not a sniper and keep distance, plus also have a good party. I turn volume up when i play against him and its super easy to hear him say “subtlety is what it takes” then turn around and kill him in one shot.
