1/3 each of red, white and blue could have been Thailand, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg or Russia, but we got Croatia which has small amounts of several other colours on it. Costa Rica (the civil version without the emblem) is also sometimes confused with Thailand, but the outer blue bands on Costa Rica represent the Atlantic and Pacific oceans either side of central America, like Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala.
I see a few small mistakes. The Croatian and Dominica flags consist of several colors and in addition to the Slovak Soviet Republic, the Hungarian Soviet Republic would also fit. (Because it existed longer.) Other than that, it's a very good video.
