I have cooked for years and never minced an onion that way!
When she added the green peppers 🫑
No Lizano sauce?
I think whirlpool only make washing machines ;)
😂
Save your self the hassle boil them first and then make gallo pinto don't buy the hard nica type though ,you can buy the softer American beans here just go to sedanos or el presidente
But you realize that without the right bean it’s not gallo pinto right? The long red bean Americans use have a different taste and texture to the short red bean Nicaraguans use.
@@GorditayContenta I agree.😊 I haven't eaten Gallo Pinto in years. If I find the Nicaraguan beans, I don't care about the "hassle." I'll go to every effort and follow every technique if I can. Nicaraguan ingredients are HARD to find and have. It's easier to find restaurants or things aimed at every other Central American country. It's Nicaraguan food that's the hardest to find or cook. So if people have the opportunity, wow you're lucky...! For me, eating traditional Nicaraguan food doesn't happen every year.
@@anaareasfodor I feel for you. We have a mixed Latino household (in Cuban Brazilian & my man is Nicaragüense) but we live in Florida so we can find ingredients and restaurants rather easily. However if I may suggest, Amazon can sometimes come in clutch for items that are very hard to find in the states.
