  • In SRA 33/38 is the procedure for eviction and demolition of structure as well as bldg in the project to complete the project of the slum dwellers of rehab bldg. The slum dwellers can move in the process of 33/38 without any fear of the matter as it beneficial for structure who are not eligible and whose structure is not in Annexure-2 for their eligibility in future.     Hamar ghar apatra hai or hamai notice aaya hai 33/38 or hamara case phaila sai he appile mai hai to hum thaisaldar sra office mai agai thai wo bolta hai aap log discuss karlo or khali kardo Or builders bolta hai tum khali kardo hum patra karwa dai gai wo bhi ghar tutnai kai bad or humnai khaha ki humara 3 appile mai hai iskai bad hum khali karange gai

    Mujhe sra sai 33/38 kaa notice aya hai lakin woo by post nahi aya hai or uspar thaisaldar kaa sign or sra kaa stamp nahi hai to kya wo original hai yaa koi copy mujhe yaa samaj nahi aa rha hai ku ki agar sra sai koi bhi documents aata hai to uspar adhakari kaa sign or unka seal stamp laga hua ratha hai
    Soo Aap bata saktei hai kya wo original hai yaa copy hai

    Sir Mara gar patr hai as per 2000gr aura mera Ghar vahipe hai humane Abhi Tak khali nhi Kiya developer ne 2015 SRA building Mai sabko room de Diya per usne Hume Nhi Diya per Abhi usko meri jagah chaiye aur me use nhi dena chatat hu Mai khush hu meri jagepe toh builder forcefully mera Har thod ( demolished) kar sakta hai?

      If he required then he can do 33/38 as eviction and demolition of your structure by the order of the SRA.

      It is not for the benefit of the eligible it is necessary to ineligible and whose name not exist in Annexure-2

    सर, annexture २ में नाम है but अनिर्णीत है तो और उसका स्ट्रक्चर का सर्वे बायोमेट्रिक सर्वे सब हो चुका है तो ३३/३८ का नोटिस एक्सेप्ट करके स्ट्रक्चर वापस दिखाने की क्या जरूरत है। स्ट्रक्चर का सर्वे होने और सारे सपोर्टिंग डॉक्यूमेंट्स देने के बाद में ही तो एनेक्सचर २ में नाम आया है।
