Thanks so much!! Paddy’s hair on his face all puffed up with the snow! I thought he looked like the elephant man! 🥴🥴🥴🥴he was fine after though! A wee trooper! Cheers again. Paul
Glad you enjoyed it Graham! I absolutely loved it too. My first time in Glen Affric a d it didn't dissapoint! Amazing place and with several more munros there I need to go back! 👍👍👍Paul
Good stuff Paul, i seen on Franks video that wee scramble dropping off the first Munro it looked quite awkward with Paddy, i've came across similar situtions with Gracie. The weather took the turn for the worst eh ,looked baltic but good video again mate ..cheers Stevie
Thanks very much Stevie! The journey continues!!! Yeah a tricky wee section and paddy was a bit reluctant to head down the right way! Absolutely Baltic on the second Munro and quite a quick change. Great fun with Frank as always and a brilliant day in Glen Affric! Thanks Stevie! Paul
Now that's a cracking day out in Scotland's Mountain's 🏔️ Epic cornice and whiteout conditions 🥶 great drone footage and really cool route info 👍 Wee Paddy didn't look best pleased at the summit of the second Munro 😂🐕 Brilliant Paul 👌 atb Brian 👍
Thanks very much Brian!!! It was a really enjoyable day and one to remember! Wee paddy was a bit cold I think and it was on the edge of his comfort zone! Need to get him out with your husky’s for a few nights!! 😂😂😂cheers again mate! Paul
Fantastic excursion there Paul, some terrific shots as always. Well done to the two of you getting so far north this early in the year too! All the best! Davie.
Cheers Davie! The views we got were amazing! Really enjoyed my first trip to Glen Affric. A wee bit of everything with the weather made it a great day. I’m trying to work from top to bottom this year as those far away hills are big journeys for me!!! Cheers again and thanks for watching! Paul
Great wee intro and tune 🎶 Wee Paddy should have been first up as the leading role 🐕Looked like a tough wee double but the enjoyment of the mountains is there to see...keep up the Munro dancing🕺🕺Great stuff...🗻👍👍
Cheers Dave! Paddy done great! it was a wee toughie in those conditions but he made it to the end and some well earned chicken and biscuits! even had a wee sweet potato treat! Im thinking of incorporating some more dancing in? thoughts? lol.....
Cheers Chris, I must admit that the initial descent was a wee bit hairy....got easier as we made our way down. Paddy didn't like it at all! Great day out though, thanks again....Paul
Hi Paul, Well done, a super winter outing with terrific views and dramatic skies. That will surly be the last of the snow but really looking forward to getting back into Glen Affric soon. Cheers, Charlie
Cheers Charlie. To think that back 3 years ago all this was just a pipe dream for me! strange to think what would have been if I hadn't given myself a push! thanks again for the continued support and inspiration!!! cheers. Paul.
Ooft, the drone footage is phenomenal in this one! The shots above the cornices are top drawer, amazing to see them from that angle isn’t it?! Love the summit celebrations, it’s a must! The clarity you can get in those conditions (obvs not for the 2nd Munro 😂)can be really good and you captured it spot on👌 Had kept this for a watch on the telly and glad I did, fantastic! Safe walking, Duncan.
Thanks so much for this comment Duncan! Very kind!! Yeah the cornices on the first Munro were amazing. It’s hard to really do them justice on video but they were impressive. Yeah love a wee dance at the summit! Especially the second one as it was hard earned. Thanks so much for watching and thanks for the support!!! Cheers. Paul
Really enjoyed your latest adventure..what stunning landscape wow..Paddy must have climbed more munros than any other dog...well done on another great video, thanks to Frank, Paddy and yourself
Cheers Andy! Some people say that Glen Affric is one of the most beautiful glens in Scotland! It doesn't disappoint. Yeah he is getting there on his Munro round and hes only 3! Thanks again mate and thanks for the support!, Paul
Wow, a great outing. That rib you descended was quite dramatic. Definitely the route without any other choice. It really looks cold. Brilliant outing. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Charles! A wee bit dodgy coming down the initial part of the first Munro! Other than that it’s a fantastic walk! Extra special indeed! Thanks. Paul
Nice wee adventure Paul. Still a fair bit of snow inland by the looks of it, not much left over here on the coast. Sounded chilly on that second one, brrr. Good stuff, cheers.
Yeah Andy, that first Munro was still caked! It was so cold...I need to get a small temp meter to have on my rucksack as I can never tell what the temperature actually is! Hopefully that snow stays away from Skye for our May visit!! Paul.
@@PAADVENTURES1 Yeah, it should mostly, if not all, be gone by then. Though I have seen ice linger in the top of the great stone chute quite late into spring, with it always being in shade. That can be avoided though by going up from the Coire Ghrunnda side. Hopefully it's glorious sunshine when you come up 🌞. You planning a guided week or just picking off the easier ones?
Brilliant video Paul😍👌🏻..Amazing shots and footage..The drone shots were excellent 😁👌🏻..You three looked as if you had a great time..I love those cornices😍..Top video Paul. Cheers Robert
Hes still not talking to me Tam 😁😁😁. He was happy to get down for a lunch stop! Ate his own lunch then munched half of mine! Cheers mate and thanks for watching!, Paul
Wow, what a fantastic vid of our epic hike.👍 Loved your graphics of our route from your dslr screen.👍 Drone shots were epic👍 Loved your wide angle shots from Steve Davis’s cue😂😂 That descent from 1st munro was certainly tricky especially for you with Paddy. What a change in conditions for the 2nd munro🥶☃️❄️ Can’t wait to get back up there and thanks again for the fantastic company👍 Until the next time, Adios Franko.👍🥾🏔
Cheers Frank! it was an epic day! I like the maps....I like to get an idea of the walk on other peoples videos so like to include a wee graphic at least. Big Steve Davis is amazing. I have looked at getting a ferrule for the bottom to make it better as a walking pole too! fabby doo. I guess in the summer that descent would be easy but wee paddy wasn't liking it at all...Did you get any footage looking down while I was watching paddy. I missed that! Looking forward to seeing your video! Cheers again mate and thanks for the craic. Paulo!!!
