Maine formula ko simple bana diya hai.
Turns per pole =7.5*voltage per pole/(effective area of pole in sq inch)
Results approx same aayenge.
Isi tarah maine kaafi saara cooler, farrata aur exhaust fan ka winding data practically verify kar chuka hu.
Aap apne formula se bhi ye 7.5 ka constant derive kar sakte ho.

Isse kam turns nhi rakhna hai warna heat hoga.

Turns per pole=15.7*240/(π*3*1)=399.79
4 pole ka motor hai toh 1-4 ek round, 1-6 do round karna hoga.
Yaani total 3 rounds.
Toh coil ka turn hoga=399.79/3=133.266
Ab winding factor 0.9 hota hai 4 pole ke liye.
Toh coil ke turns adjust karenge 133.266/0.9=148.073
Isko round figure me 150 turns ki maala ya laccha bana sakte ho.

L=0.75 inch

Turns per pole=15.7*240/(πx2.5x0.75)=639.675
Isko 1-8, 1-10, 1-12 ka pitch lena hai toh 639.675/3=213.225 turns hoga.
Winding factor 0.95 lena hoga
Toh turns honge 213.225/0.95= 224.44
Aap 230 turns le sakte ho.
Ab agar isko kisi bhi company ke data se compare karte ho toh bahut close aayega.
Iss specification ke farrata fans me 220, 230 ya phir 240 tak turns paaye jaate hain main winding me.
Cooler ke fan jo 1 inch thickness wala stator hota hai, uss me humesha 150 turns ka hi laccha banaya jata hai.
Ab itna verify ho gaya toh aap kisi bhi motor ka data nikaal loge.

Flux density depends upon permeability of material and Flux =Flux density × Area or B= Flux/Area ,if you increase area of core flux density reduce, according to design of machine it varies between 0.40 to 0.55 so I considered average value between these two

@@baktiprapdanu536 generally a value between 0.3-0.6 may be taken for practical applications. But these two values are extreme and doesn't give optimum output. So middle path is taken which gives best performance and durability. You can assume 0.45 Wb little more or less. For smaller size stator, increase it to 0.48 or 0.5 and for larger stators, 0.4 would be good enough.
For 1HP motor, flux density of 0.45 Wb/m^2 is best value to start with.

'2' means each turn has 2 number of conductor
'3' used for 3 phase winding
Total number of conductors equal to 3×2×N
Divided by number of slots means per slot conductors

Kuchh log experience se SWG tay karte hain aur kuchh log slot area se SWG ka calculation karte hain. Wire ki motai design value se thoda kam hi prefer kiya jata hai, taaki coil bilkul fit aaye. 2-3 iteration se exact data banaya jata hai.

Bahut kuchh practical values assume karna padega. current 3-8 Amp/sq. mm ke hisaab se SWG calculate karna hoga. Sahuliyat ke liye 6 amp/sq mm maan lete hain. Usse jo swg aayega, turns se multiply kar ke wire cross section area nikaalenge. Ye slot area ka 35% se kam hona chahiye aur 25% se jyada hona chahiye. Jo wire iss criteria ko fulfill karega, wahi wire choose karenge. Jitna ho sake, 35% ke paas iska data match hona chahiye.
Iss tarah turns aur gauge bilkul sahi aayega. Local companies gauge patla kar dete hain copper cost kam karne ke liye. Hume aisa nhi karna hai.
