Look bro rtx 3050ti is too good graphics card it gives too good performance already and the tgp of graphics card matters bro , only rtx 4050 graphics card doesn't matter , the tgp also too imp , rtx 4050 with 45 w tgp gives shitty performance for sure , low fps , but rtx 3050 ti with 75 w tgp gives good performance and asus laptops are better than msi , the processor of msi is little bit better but asus will give better performance for sure ,
If u can push ur budget the acer nitro v is the beast in this price range u can play any game with high fps so u can go for it also

I don't think you would find a useful laptop (if any) with good graphics card and a processor with Intel evo, and if you do, then do tell me. (Unless it's crazy expensive compared to a non evo laptop of same specs)
