Lol notice how most of the commentators here are insecure indians, or Hindus. The fact of the matter is, "casteism" just isn't as big of an issue in Pakistan as it is in India. India has a very RIGID caste system, and has *official state legislation* on things like "positive discrimination" to help "backwards castes". In Pakistan, "caste" is actually more similar to "tribe", and its seen as an identification more than a rigid class based statification. Virtually every single member of this particular debate/discussion is against the "caste system" as it is seen and practised in India.
J 1 ..then also castes with same name exist in both the countries...eg..jat,gurjars,jaiswal,pathans,khans,choudhary,chude,chamar,rajput,lodhi and so on.....
@@Vikas_Bhartiya in Pakistan nobody is discriminated on caste bases. We marry each other and live happily.I now khan married to butt.Mehar married to jats.My sister in law is married to jat.
how much ever this man waxes eloquent , Pakistan has a subtle caste system that plays a huge role in the daily lives of Pakistanis as much as it does in the lives of Indians . Pakistanis downplay its influence on their lives in order to shed any linkages to their Indian and thence Indian roots. what else explains the various honour killings that take place there on an annual basis
useless person exactly, I agree with your comment, the caste system is very much a part of pakistani culture.
2018, and this video is still applicable.

They still follow casteism which is stronger than our Indian casteism.
Yes. You are right.
I have come to know that the Vedic caste system is strictly followed in all of the Pakistani Punjab and Sindh. Because they converted from Hinduism.
I need a good book on the ancient Indian history. Kindly tell me a good and authentic book to read.
2:00 - how can it diminish when British Pakistani's are still being married off to people born & raised in Pakistan, who are still then being brought to the UK to live...??
The thing about this is. A lot of Pakistani are true genetic Khatri.
No Khatri are mostly Hindus only some Muslim khatris live and most of them are Hindkowans
Jatts awan arain gujjar rajput are in Pakistan as muslims there are barely any khatris
GUJJAR NATION. GUJJAR NATION. GUJJAR NATION.
They have created invisible walls based on family names Khan, Sayed,
Siddique, Shaikh etc...more over they have further strengthened the
walls based on sectarian belief in last decades...they also carry pride
on race more than faith...and still expect everyone to come under one
roof ??? knowing or unknowingly almost every individual is a brick of
this invisible wall. Please decide which one is the priority..faith,
family names or race?? may be only two places bring them together 1.
Mosque 2. Graveyard ( by default).
The Indian subcontinent has this caste system in its roots because of their low mindset. You can't pull it out. It's in their blood and the soil from which they drink and eat. Be it Syed or Pathan or Punjabi etc, if they live in the subcontinent they must practise this caste system in some form. Believing in caste system is like believing in Hinduism. Because when the Aryans came to the subcontinent some 3500 years ago, they wrote Rigveda and invented this caste system. The Brahmins have played and benefited from this caste system. It wss invented in such a way that there was a god Brahma and the four castes were created from his body. So believing in casteism is like believing in Hinduism.
Doesn't matter you're Indians(Punjabi). And vedic civilization is still within you which carries with it the caste system. Islam is not going to erase your genetic DNA. Which goes back to Rig Veda in Punjab.
Is this a moderate British-Muslim Channel? If so, then why do you have a suspected Islamist with long running ties to Hizb-Ut-Tahrir (second from the right) in this discussion?
