Great video Dr Cruise, I've had a surgery 13 years ago, now feeling like gyno is coming back however can feel it is like a liquid underneath the skin, my question is , after these 13 years could the seroma still be there?
It is highly unlikely it would be a seroma after 13 years. Have you gone for any diagnostic testing?

Your videos are very informative and motivating Dr. Cruise. I just finished med school and I am currently preparing to get into residency. I had surgery for grade 1 gynecomastia 3 weeks ago under LA. I developed a massive hematoma within the first day which was due to an active bleed which the surgeon missed. I later found out that the superficial blood supply to the chest forms a watershed area near the nipple areola complex. Since I had the hematoma for 3-4 days, I believe the blood supply to my nipple was compromised for that period. As of today, the skin around the nipple-areola is healing steadily but I am not too happy with the texture and the size of my nipple areola. It almost feels like a scab. As per your experience and the information that I have provided you, what do expect in my case? Will my nipple ever heal or just fall off and be replaced by scar tissue? Your help will be invaluable to me. Thanks.
Certainly if blood supply is cut off to the area it can cause the nipple to die, however it's impossible to know if this will happen in your case without being able to see for myself what is going on. Hopefully your surgeon is taking great care to ensure the best possible outcome and he/she is monitoring your situation. If the area does not heal and you lose your nipple, there are amazing cosmetic tattoo artists who can re-create your nipple making it look almost exactly as if it were the real one! Hey, very interesting stuff here. But did you give Baker Henistole's stuff a chance? The routine that's recommended there can get you a chiseled, flat chest in weeks, as long as you do one simple thing every day. Go’ogle it, btw, it’s NOT 100-‘s of pushups per day, no worries lol
Doctor i had my surgery last week. And my chest is not reduced as per my wish. Its still big. Doctor is saying that they kept fat which can b melt afterwrds after excercise and ur chest is swollen. After 3 weeks u wll get good results. Is it right?
Hi Sameer, it can take several weeks for swelling to go down and the full result to be seen. Since you are just a few days post-surgery, it's best to be patient and let the healing process take its course. If after 6 months, you are still not satisfied, that would be the time to discuss a revision with your surgeon. Best of luck!
