Nice one Mr Always. Harrison (as always) this is a cracking video not just about the watch but actually exposing it to quite severe conditions and capturing it at a time in an area that has such a phenomenal view of the night sky. I have arguably more G-Shock watches than I 'need' but this example right now for me I am unlikely to justify a purchase. That does not mean that it is not worth it for some though.

I also have a G Shock watch. These watches are really amazing, affordable watches that can never let you down because they are durable as a rock in all conditions.

Your video is amazing, MRG specs are impressive but the price :( to much expensive.
The design and materials are good. I have no doubt about that but what about on the inside. A cheap quartz movement? Not worth 5000 Euros. Will save it for an Omega Speedy. I hope Gshock with automatic movement will come soon like Grand seiko under MRG tag.
Like the name and look. Second hand is great. Price is the deal breaker.

My experience with higher end g shocks is they totally tank when you try and sell them on secondary market . Not worth the msrp they ask, not even close!

it has no carbon components, even the inner case is out of titanium alloy. the carbon core guard structure is only utilized by base b2100 models

When i bought my gshock mr g b5000 a few years back it was an unumbered "limited edition". Now its still for sale and no longer limited edition. Kinda shitty. Also the black dlc clasp has started to show silver fading on the corners and ive probably worn it for 80 days total in that time. I love it but its no better than the £100 counterpart or steel models. Japanese craftsmanship is a bit of a marketing schpeal but for that price just buy a swiss watch. Boring answer, speaking from my own experience.

This Casio G-SHOCK MR-G is a luxury watch. But G-Shock steel watches for £500 are great too, and more affordable.
