Still have no idea why Luke has less subscribers than Anyone!! Great stuff!
I don't do the clickbait thing or share everything all over social media, and I don't do the entertainment angle, I just make videos and put them up! I appreciate the compliments!!
You could take all the ball-specific stuff off this video and relabel it "the best pin-up vs. pin-down video on the internet" and it would be just as accurate. Watching the difference in shape in how these two are drilled ought to be informative for a lot of viewers still stuck in the 80s/90s way of looking at pin-down equipment. It's amazing how many people still don't know what it really does.
I’ll like this lesson too.
I cant wait for video 2001 and he can finally say “ive uploaded over 2000 videos with the goal…”
only 7 more!
Curious as to what surface you would bring this ball down to making it less over/under and more consistent.
3000ish if you're intending to use it earlier, but realistically just leave it alone and use it as a later in the day burn ball when you need to cover boards.
However, I know it was designed to be a house shot killer, I just think it's going to be half and half there. I think it's going to annihilate some house shots on higher friction surfaces with easier shots, but again, if they're too cliffed or a little on the wetter side, this thing will be a nightmare to control out of the box.
Which ball would be better on burnt lanes phaze AI or equinox
Probably the Equinox, the Phaze AI is earlier and more tumbly, it seems to like straighter angles better.
Hey luke, just have a question regarding layout. Is there a difference with like a 4x5x1 layout compared to a 5×4x1 or are they quite similar?
Yeah that's a pretty big difference because the first number is the pin to pap. 4 instead of 5 will make it much earlier, stronger, and smoother.
I assume if it wasn't for the sake of the Video/Review he would crack the surface on this right away?
Probably not on this one, he just wouldn't use it on the fresh in this situation/pattern. He doesn't have a lot of cleaner stuff that both gets down the lane and then covers boards like this down lane, so I think he'll get some use out of it. He likes the Road Warrior quite a bit, but it doesn't have the kind of core this one does so he needs a TON of friction to get this one around the corner down lane from super deep. It's a great 4th arrow on the burn ball, but has trouble sometimes getting back up to the pocket with authority. The Attention Star is solid, but it's earlier and smoother than this one, so with too much friction, it starts up a little too soon and doesn't like to make the corner. He really liked the Absolute and this one is even a bit punchier down lane, so this will just be his late in the block cover a ton of boards ball.
Is this the ball that got the VEBO discontinued? To me its very similar shape, just maybe a foot or 2 earlier.
Not necessarily, but I don't see any world that the Equinox shapes similarly to or resembles the VEBO lol. Remember I also said this one might actually seem stronger than the VEBO with lighter oil or plenty of friction, but the VEBO is the actually stronger ball by a fair amount.
This ball looks 1 million times better here than it did for your other tester. Honestly, this ball looked terrible in the other video 😂
Lol fair . .
Can you please tell me where do you find the current core and coverstock strength charts please?
If you send an email to breakdownpair@gmail.com, I'll send you the Storm and Global ones at least. They don't have a Roto one that's correct, so I don't share that one.
