Sharing my experience, please make sure u dip your face into ice water ❄️🧊 for perfect nd smooth base, nd what should not is just don't do any kind of facial just two days before marriage, it should be atleast 5 days before, be careful while trying new things in bridal pack ❤

Aanam you're looking stunning , I love a minimal look soft glam type and this is exactly it, I would love to try it for a family wedding . One tip I'd give the bride is if they can't afford a really good MUA then they should get a person, whose work they're familiar with and cooperate with them by telling them what she exactly wants and not letting them pushover her and also have someone trustworthy with her to support her through it ,because for some people its literally their first time in such a glam which can get overwhelming and they might feel or regret afterwards . One thing that the bride must NOT do is go out of the house 2 days prior to her wedding and she should prioritise her health and not compromise on sleep .

I haven’t been a bride before so can’t give any tips from personal experience but I’ve had friends and family say that trying anything completely new, especially skin care wise, just a few days before the wedding is a BIG no no. And as for dos, a lot of them said that remaining as stress free as possible, applying ice and exfoliating regularly from at least a few weeks before the wedding really helped their skin feel great on the big day!

Brides should always have put numbing cream before wearing heels and earings.. It's life changing.. Even I find it very helpful for such long ours.. It is very important to have atleast a couple of practices with them so that you have no regrets about anything on your big Day. Hi Aanam, hope you are doing well :) One thing brides should do while prepping for their wedding is to not forget to live in the moment, be happy and just take breaks and relax throughout the whole prep. What brides should not do is want everything to go according to a specific plan because if things go differently then it will cause them sadness and anxiety and stress, all of which a bride shouldn't even go near.
Base makeup gets so tricky for me - the moisturiser does not get absorbed in my skin no matter how many different moisturiser’s I’ve tried - gel based, cream based… sometimes it even peels off. I use primer as well but then my skin dries out. I always find it tricky to get the correct base. I know moisturiser is important but beneath makeup it doesn’t just suit me. Sometimes my skin gets too oily and I keep on sweating, other times I see dry patches on my skin. And some days my makeup looks flawless till evening. So I find it too difficult to nail the correct base
One thing that brides must do is enjoy and live the moment, as the big day is never gonna come back and one thing brides shouldn’t do is worry about everything being perfect on that day.. be it and just enjoy your day!

I feel The focus on skincare and bodycare for brides should not be done only during wedding, it really puts them in pressure to correct the damage of years in a short span, instead they should take care of their skin and body regularly by healthy food or even simple ghar ka nuska, that will truly give long term results. I have seen my sisters go stressing around through multiple salon appointments during their wedding.

I have a quick question….i have recently started using concealer I just wanted to ask…..since I have quite dark circles around my eyes what should be the sequence; Orange colour corrector then concealer and then foundation on top of all that or colour corrector foundation and then concealer on top of that?

As I recently got married I would highly suggest to spend more time with your family and yourself as it’s going to be a roller coaster ride once you get married and one thing which a bride to be should avoid is getting into any new skin care or diets, stick to whatever suits you from the past. 1 thing bride must not do is undergoing any skincare changes in the last month before marriage because you never know what may irritate your skin. Lots of love❤
I haven’t been a bride before so can’t give any tips from personal experience but I’ve had friends and family say that trying anything completely new, especially skin care wise, just a few days before the wedding is a BIG no no. And as for dos, a lot of them said that remaining as stress free as possible, applying ice and exfoliating regularly from at least a few weeks before the wedding really helped their skin feel great on the big day!

I am not married yet but based on my sister's marriage 1 thing i noticed she shouldn't have done is that she was so stressed out wanting to make everything go perfect from wedding guest to thankyou gift therefore I feel this step is something a bride should try to avoid taking too many decisions.

Brides should always have put numbing cream before wearing heels and earings.. It's life changing.. Even I find it very helpful for such long ours.. And what brides shouldn't do is not trying and testing the mua before the big day. It is very important to have atleast a couple of practices with them so that you have no regrets about anything on your big
Day. And of course eat something and click a trillion pictures before the ceremony because they'll last a lifetime so you want them to be perfect and taken while you're freshly out of the dressing room..

I am not married so i can't give any personal experience advice but i would really try to spend remaining bachelorhood time with siblings and try to eat healthy and definitely i would try to avoid getting into new diet plans and also avoid doing new skincare experiment

Hi Aanam, hope you are doing well :) One thing brides should do while prepping for their wedding is to not forget to live in the moment, be happy and just take breaks and relax throughout the whole prep. What brides should not do is want everything to go according to a specific plan because if things go differently then it will cause them sadness and anxiety and stress, all of which a bride shouldn't even go near.

Base makeup gets so tricky for me - the moisturiser does not get absorbed in my skin no matter how many different moisturiser’s I’ve tried - gel based, cream based… sometimes it even peels off.
I use primer as well but then my skin dries out. I always find it tricky to get the correct base. I know moisturiser is important but beneath makeup it doesn’t just suit me.
Sometimes my skin gets too oily and I keep on sweating, other times I see dry patches on my skin. And some days my makeup looks flawless till evening. So I find it too difficult to nail the correct base
