Thank you so much sir. You have given wonderful information. My son is 19 months old. Since Wednesday evening he got fever. That time it was 102. Along with fever he is having vomits also. Same evening we went to pediatrician. He prescribed paracitamol+mefenamic acid syrup, sporlac dry syrup for any bacterial infection as he got motions also. And Vomipra for vomit. .. but his fever is reducing after medicine and coming back every 5-6 hrs. He is not drinking anything. Not allowing sponge bath. Simply crying. Please advise sir

combiflam syrup fever jab aata hai tab deti hoon aur cold cough ke liye syrup aur antibiotic injection 5 days ke liye two times fever aaj ko 5 days ho gaya hai
