  • Take a few moments at the end of your day to care for yourself as you shift your body and mind into a calmer state, preparing for a deep relaxing sleep.
    Aiding your body into parasympathetic mode before falling asleep can help improve the quality of your rest.
    Start with deep breathing and consciously relax the body, release the day, shift to gratitude, meditate on a scripture verse, and ease your body into a peaceful sleep.
    Throughout the meditation, relax with Theta waves at the beginning, then Delta waves for the rest of the time, aiding you deeper into relaxation. In-between, enjoy the background music of deeper waves, healing bowls, and chimes. As the guided meditation ends, be soothed further with continuing music and healing sounds.
