    I just wanna say that at some point your channel has become my main go-to for guided meditations. Due to some issues, it's hard for me to just sit down and meditate without guidance and hard to be consistent. Your videos really help, even when I don't manage to be consistent with the practice.
    The fact that I mostly choose your videos to listen to rather than other channels I think also plays a role in developing better meditation habits for me. First of all, the format of your videos works really well for me. And secondly, the format, prompts, structure, etc. are more or less the same in each video. Which I suppose would be true for other channels too but still. So on one hand it allows for repetition, repeated practice, and yet gives some variety so I don't get tired from always listening to one single audio. Basically it's great for me to find a channel that suits me and it seems like a good idea to just stick to it and not jump between different channels with different formats.

    you definitely need to do a guided active imagination practice after carl jung. youre the only meditation thing i can listen to because theres no cringe and cornyness involved, props for that.

    I thought the whole point of meditation was to detach from emotion.

      Detachment is not the same as being numb and unable to feel emotion. Everyone should be able to feel but be unattached to what they're feeling. Feel anger, but let it pass without acting on it. That is detachment.
