I test drove a supercharged 5.0 Range Rover today. It was a 2013 model with 93k miles. It was immaculate. Fast as hell! And the service history was spectacular. They had every paper from dealership servicing. Only non maintenance item was replacing an interior light that went out. Range rovers seem to be extremely reliable for owners or a nightmare. There really isnt an in between. People either love or hate their ownership of them! I hope to own one sometime in the near future!
+Chris Sorreda its how they feel better about themselves. They diss people with money for not being better than the poor man THINKS they should be with money...
+Chris Sorreda honestly I don't mind that I drive a car that values at $2k, but some day i will own something this nice when i'm financially set. most likely a newer lincoln would be my choice as it's slightly cheaper than cadillac and probably more reliable. or newer volvo for safety's sake
***** There ya go. Lincoln all dayz sonz. It's cheaper than a Cadillac and still more reliable. Actually everything is more reliable than a Cadillac so that's an unfair comparison lol
Ndasuunye I mean I don't know much about Cadillac's reliability, but for generations my family has had a grudge against anything GM and they were all farmers so I'm taking their word for it. The nice Ford Super-Duty trucks with 4x4 they've driven on the farms, they must have a reason for their grudge. Personally, I know that working on a GM product is alike to working a Japanese car; as a result your cost of repairs are going to be much higher on a GM compared to a Ford. My personal preference says that I like the looks of an Escalade, but the rear-end throws it off. Looks way too much like a hearse, and I don't want to be reminded of a hearse everyday I get up. I would be thinking that I'm a funeral parlor! Also, for a mostly "Mexican-made" Cadillac SRX - it's too overpriced for $55k. Cadillac is actually having issues with selling their cars because they're... again; overpriced. but apparently they can't keep Escalades in stock, so those are doing very well... I don't see how but ok. They cost 13% of a million dollars (after taxes).
regarding the cargo space cover, you have to push it back, not lift it up. You can see there are 2 small "triangles" on the side walls, thats where the cover will slide.
Omg I have been obsessed with this car and if I will get the new job in Feb I will definitely get this car( used one) in the summer! Please give me some positive vibes!
even when they weren't reliable (post 06). full on break downs weren't really an issue. more like air suspension, check lights, hence when the second owners say eff it, and you'll still see them on the road with 120k+
Most people don’t know that at one point Ford Corporation owned Jaguar Land Rover PLC, Aston Martin, and a couple other brands. They ended up having to sell them off due to budget issues around 2008, but kept most of the design right. Which explains why they have some similarities.
Love the channel and your reviews, Sofyan. Will you be testing the new Jaguars, the XE and F-Pace? I would really like your opinion on those two vehicles. Thanks!
+WuWei Xu I've seen every one of red line reviews & enjoyed all of them, the quality I'm specifically speaking of is the camera work along with the shallow review. He usually goes more in-depth in his reviews. Enjoy your cave, Troll
Only people I see complaining about reliability can’t afford one of these premium vehicles.... and if they can it’s used with 80k or more miles. My family has multiple cars and a Range Rover sport it one of them. We went with a sport model bcuz it offered a v6 supercharged engine which had the better gas mileage so we don’t have visit the gas station weekly. We’ve had no issues besides basic maintenance. Forgot to mention ours is a 2017 Range Rover sport HSE
RangeRover will be better for the long run. The G-Class is AMAZING! But, sadly for me the interior is dated. The G-Class has leather everywhere, beautiful seats, and is an intimate status symbol. But, the RangeRover is ALSO amazing. The RangeRover has much more space on the interior, and service at the Land Rover dealerships are amazing. JLR is at the top of the top for customer service, and at my dealership, we get an RangeRover Evoque or Jaguar XF each time. We also have a Mercedes S-Class, and our customer service is trash compared to JLR's dealerships. It is really a tough decision. Keep in mind, you can save some money when buying the RangeRover new, and in the used market the RangeRover and the G-Class are about the same price. Now, the newer RangeRover's are more reliable than the G-Class. One think I noticed, the G-Class drives terrible some times and its handling is appealing. We have had a G-Class before and we are looking at RangeRovers and they are better. I hope I helped!
All people throwing shit about reliability of the car never owned one and stop their opinion by reading other non owner saying the same shit over and over again. Know a guy who own one for 4 years now, only the tail gate electric mecanism and the frige add problem, is that unreliable ? When you can't afford a car don't complain about things you can't witness by yourself.
+PAUL H true, I understand what you're saying. Almost everyone mostly complains about the infotainment system being out dated. If you could choose between a RRS or a BMW X5 which are you more likely to go for?
I simply don't understand how these can be marketed as off-road vehicles. Getting stranded when you are in the middle of a jungle, somewhere in Africa, could potentially kill you.
It actually can cost more that way in two years you would have paid £40,000. It still a lot more then many can afford so in 4 years you can buy the car
My family has a 2014 Range Rover Sport Autobiography with all the toys and nearly 40,000 miles with no issues other then a fault in the TPMS sensor. Much better then our previous Cayenne!
+Csab Like he said, if I could afford it...and it appears the man above can...I would lease it. People who buy this kind of car are the ones who can trade it in whenever they want and just go pick up a new car. lol.
+Robertking1996 some people would argue the contrary. If the electronics and major components can make it past the first 50k then why not keep going. Our cayenne had to be towed away the 3 times before 50k. Either way the RRS has been a good performer.
+The737Man I had Expedition, traded it in two months for an Escalade. Now I'm thinking about buying both Range Rover LWB and Ram Rebel and selling Escalade. But Range Rover isn't American, I think those $220k should stay in USA.
I never realized door thunk sound= quality...guess that's the way I'll buy my next vehicle....I'm somewhat surprised he made it to the end of the review without having to take it in to the shop...I'm also starting to get dizzy from these reviews of turning right and gunning it....
It's nice, but I find it odd that a vehicle so expensive doesn't have more driver assistance as a standard feature. It also bugs me that the paddle shifters are plastic...weird omission.
+Jonathan Washington Every car has problems, but Range Rover especially. They are some of the most unreliable vehicles on the planet, they will always leave you stranded and force you to end up paying more than the original sticker price for the repairs alone.

Don't like the knob style gear shift. Really fustrating especially if you are in a hurry. What with wet hands or loose grip. With an actual stick even with a loose grip you can still move the stick back and forth. The knob you can just slip and not move it at all. Especially if you don't look you may drive the wrong way with that.
I love that no one brings up the fact that at .47 min the front bumper is squished and bends into the sand LOL. Why such an aggressive approach to showing off this SUV? I have a 2016 range rover hse with the added comfort package, and I will say it's my favourite car on the market. By far the king of the road.
Any reliability issue cutie?
Do you still own it?
One of my dream cars forsure. If I can afford this & a GWagon 1 day my life will be complete !
just came to see if the door has a solid thunk
Liam Brazel haha SAME
It doesn’t sound as solid as my Lexus GS. Maybe he had the window down, I heard some rattling.
People keep dishing or snobbing these kinds of cars until they drive one.

This model year has finally depreciated well enough for me to buy it
Right. I’m on it
Omg I have been obsessed with this car and if I will get the new job in Feb I will definitely get this car( used one) in the summer! Please give me some positive vibes!
Buy it.I bought the 2014 Range Rover Sport. Love it.
This car is amazing
ultimate lease SUV
Nice video can u ever have a chance of reviewing a bmw m6 coupe or convertible
Yes, I don't think anybody here in the UK would be seen dead in a Cadillac Escallade lol
if I ever hit the jackpot this the one first would get it's outstanding the white is my favorite
Best car ever... Will replace my also 2016 in 4 years for another one... Hopefully in a new design.
It’s 5 years later did u ever replace it
7 years later, did you get the new 2023 design? 😮
Lexus has consistently ranked #1 in reliability.
so does a ceramic coffee cup. It don't do shit.
Your absolutely right I agree
So true but Lexus just dont put out a SUV that gives you that wow feeling.
Maybe. But the Lexus is a horrible looking vehicle.
I've never owned a Lexus. They may be reliable, but they are definitely unattractive.
The acceleration sounds like my vacuum
+Mark jr 380 eureka ahaha
It is a LUXURY SUV made for families and comfort. dumb ass.
That interior is nice when you're broken down on the side of the road.
even when they weren't reliable (post 06). full on break downs weren't really an issue. more like air suspension, check lights, hence when the second owners say eff it, and you'll still see them on the road with 120k+
milojasper lol
You never lied!!
I know a great many of them with over 120,000 miles, with one currently on 330,000 miles 👍
Most people don’t know that at one point Ford Corporation owned Jaguar Land Rover PLC, Aston Martin, and a couple other brands. They ended up having to sell them off due to budget issues around 2008, but kept most of the design right. Which explains why they have some similarities.
Great review!
one of my future cars
Can u do a review on the Lincoln Continental?
People who says it’s not reliable, then don’t buy it 💀 problem solved
The Range Rover Vogue is receiving an update in 2020. After seeing the new Velar, I love where the brand is heading. It should be a beautiful vehicle.
Actually in 2020 the new model will come out
It received a refresh for 2018. The new model came out for 2022.
Can you review the new 2016 Nissan maxima it looks really nice. I wanna know how it drives with its cvt
+Austin Cordero Already filmed! We should be uploading it later this month :)
+Redline Reviews you mean Altima not Maxima you uploaded.
+ivanb05 your an idiot. He said "We should be uploading it later this month" notice the word SHOULD BE UPLOADING meaning will be uploading later. Psh.
+xSteviee13_ Wow some people take things way to personal. and yes I know he uploaded the video after the Altima video. psh
+ivanb05 hahaa
Can you review the 2016 Tacoma 4 cylinder? I only see videos about v6 Tacoma.
Great idea, love that truck
what a great review. good job
Excellent review. I have to hand it to the Brits, they know how to build a damn good 4x4
Love the channel and your reviews, Sofyan. Will you be testing the new Jaguars, the XE and F-Pace? I would really like your opinion on those two vehicles. Thanks!
Very good review
Great review! Hit every corner.
Are you guys going to review the new Altima and Maxima soon?
Great review. FYI, the dash and upper doors are vinyl, not leather. Leather is reserved for the autobiography model only.
can you do a review of the Bentley bentayga
Nice Review Of 2016 Land Rover Range Rover. 😁
I JUST GOT A 2017 Range Rover FOR MY BIRTHDAY OMG
brennon mitchell how is it?
Whats the best extended warranty company do you recommend not from the dealer?
Correct me if i am wrong did he really say there is a refridgerator
There is.
Quality of this video is down from what I'm used to on this channel. However this was another great video, thank you
Did you even bother to wait for high resolution videos to upload?
Yes, thank you Captain obvious. I'm speaking to the overall quality of the video.
Leeebs Your vague comment does not help your argument. Try harder.
+WuWei Xu I've seen every one of red line reviews & enjoyed all of them, the quality I'm specifically speaking of is the camera work along with the shallow review. He usually goes more in-depth in his reviews. Enjoy your cave, Troll
great review
Dreaming of this Toy
I'm interested in the 2016 range rover hse white what do u suggest
Planning to buy a car and keep it for the next 5 years. This Range Rover of Cadillac Escalade platinum? If any1 could answer I'd appreciate that

great job buddy very gd review
Amazing gem of a car 🚘
I like everything about this car

Top mounted gas pedal? Cutting corners.
is the diesel worth it?
Great vehicle......if you buy it 2-4 years old, with all the warranty you can find
And then another warranty!
I love these cars.
Sofyan, how does the air suspension ride?
I know this is a test vehicle, but that drivers seat looks very worn for a 2016.
How many seats does it have?
the infotainment system is horrible , you spend $30,000 on another ride and get far a superior system. still a great car great review
What's wrong with the infotainment system?
check out 8:10 in video.I have different reviews and the same the same thing, don't get me wrong its a awesome vehicle.
+PAUL H true, I understand what you're saying. Almost everyone mostly complains about the infotainment system being out dated. If you could choose between a RRS or a BMW X5 which are you more likely to go for?
I would have to go with RRS hands down never been a BMW guy but i use to like the 745I. What about you?
I would always choose a Range Rover instead of a BMW. Mainly a as BMW drivers this side of the pond have a certain stigma attached to them. :-)
Sofyan Can you make a review for a 2016 BMW X1 and x3 We need help lmao
How much would the interior mood lighting cost without getting the vision assist package? Or does it come standard?
You can't get it separately.
can't wait for the new Disco
TJ HAMMERSLAND
I hope that you weren’t as catastrophically disappointed by it as I was!
I simply don't understand how these can be marketed as off-road vehicles. Getting stranded when you are in the middle of a jungle, somewhere in Africa, could potentially kill you.
I certainly would NEVER EVER bring this tank off-road!! Considering the cost!!!
Who says that you need to go to Africa to off road?
And £100,000 or not, they go off road very nicely. Mine does 👍
80% of the Range rovers you see on the road are leased.....go figure
and???
It actually can cost more that way in two years you would have paid £40,000. It still a lot more then many can afford so in 4 years you can buy the car
+kuo3300 So. Your credit must be horrible. Are you mad that leasing isn't an option for you? STAY MAD.
Aha, sounds true! Why do you say that though?
TrueG404 what's the difference leased or no lease which is better any help please??
Sooo...lets talk about reliability ;)
My family has a 2014 Range Rover Sport Autobiography with all the toys and nearly 40,000 miles with no issues other then a fault in the TPMS sensor. Much better then our previous Cayenne!
+Csab Like he said, if I could afford it...and it appears the man above can...I would lease it. People who buy this kind of car are the ones who can trade it in whenever they want and just go pick up a new car. lol.
+Peter Hennighausen no new car would give issues in the first 2 years, just wait until 50,000 miles 😂 that's when real issues start
+Robertking1996 some people would argue the contrary. If the electronics and major components can make it past the first 50k then why not keep going. Our cayenne had to be towed away the 3 times before 50k. Either way the RRS has been a good performer.

since when is supercharged a trim level? 3:20
Are you a professional Car Reviewer on YT or do you work in a dealership aswell? Nice review :)
I wonder what car Soyfan has
No HUD?
M I C H A E L option
Does anyone know where he gets all of these cars to review? Are they from dealers or something?
Yup
What was that song used in the beginning
I never realized door thunk sound= quality...guess that's the way I'll buy my next vehicle....I'm somewhat surprised he made it to the end of the review without having to take it in to the shop...I'm also starting to get dizzy from these reviews of turning right and gunning it....
Is the 0-60 really 7.2 because my Yukon xl does 6.2 and won’t get the supercharged because the mpg is usually under 10 mpg
This one has v6 supercharged so probably. V8 supercharged gets around 5 sec
+redlineReviews please do a 2016 lexus lx 570
It's nice, but I find it odd that a vehicle so expensive doesn't have more driver assistance as a standard feature. It also bugs me that the paddle shifters are plastic...weird omission.
When is the next Vid?
One thing remains the same: horrendous reliability problems
The old one looked so brutal :( Mercedes never changed their G-Wagon, Range should of kept some of that old square madness.
What is you're job called???
Maserati levante or Range rover????
Tajj jjat Levante
DC here !!!! :)
apple car play?
Im reading about all the problems Range has now has it been the same since they went back overseas and not made by Ford
When u realize LR uses ford's sync for infotainment
how does this german car have a touch screen
Looks like the new explorer
But much better
I lol'd on the press footage at the beginning. No Range Rover owner is going to take their car out on the dunes.
The Arabs do in Dubai lol. Along with their $100k land cruisers
Do the model X! :)
can u plyz review the 2016 Toyota highlander or 4runner please
you pay more than 100k for a car and backing camera is optional. What a world to live in!!!!
You can smell the horrible reliability seeping from the interior of the Range Rover
That's the older joke in the game, every car has its problems and recalls.
+Jonathan Washington Every car has problems, but Range Rover especially. They are some of the most unreliable vehicles on the planet, they will always leave you stranded and force you to end up paying more than the original sticker price for the repairs alone.
bokkey45 they have fixed their issues under tata. even when they were crap full breakdowns weren't really a thing.
I have purchase two of them and I never had any issues. I will be purchasing another one soon
The car seem a bit sluggish when he put his foot down bad 3.6 v6
Frankiez vlogs Good vids it's a 3.0 Supercharged v6
One of my biggest gripes is when someone pronounces espresso as "expresso" coffee. When you do it describing the colour of a car interior it's even worse!
Nice ford explorer. This car can star on Dora the Explorer on a safari trip.
Half the time Range Rover's are driven around grocery stores by middle aged women. Never truly seeing the off-road terrain that they're marketed for...
ads are always showing this car on off-road LOL
12:24 front of red car looks like Soviet Moscvich car
is it still unreliable as ice under the 110F ?
ealiev60 Yes
Those are not the competitors for this suv the Land Rover discovery is this suv competes with a Audi Q7 or a infinite qx60
2016 Land Rover Range Rover HSE says: It is not often I am impressed with drivers who get in my seat and know how to handle me. Trying his luck out this week is Sofyan, who has the distinctive honour of driving me. Let's see how bad he does.
2002 isuzu rodeo review PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review the new Volvo XC90. I want to know how you think it compares to the Range Rover.
