I started looking at this video to learn which hole in the throttle the wire connecting the governor arm goes into. You never did actually show that, however I think I did hear you say to put it into the outside hole. I hope that is correct.
correct I did not show that (sorry) as stated in the video I am not sure about any of the connections in the governor control chain as the service manual is vague and does not specifically mention this arrangement. mine had been monkeyed with and I set it up as best I could based on what little information I could find, which is the main reason I did the video.
this motor governor is for an coleman electric generator, always at 3600 rpm....."idle" = 3600 rpm......go carts you remove the governor assembly...
