Bedwetting:
• Common in children below 6 years of age
• It can be an embarrassing condition for the child
Causes:
• Immature nervous system
• Small bladder
• Genetic factors
• Kidney failure
• Anaemia
• Epilepsy
• Urinary Tract Infection
• Constipation
• Stress
Natural home remedy using Indian gooseberries, turmeric powder and honey:
1. Crush 2 Indian gooseberries
2. Add a pinch of turmeric powder
3.Add 1 tsp honey
4. Mix well
5 Give 1 tsp of this mixture every morning to the child
Natural home remedy using milk, fennel seeds and sugar:
1. Take 1 glass warm milk
2. Add 1 tsp fennel seeds
3. Add 1 tbsp of sugar
4. Mix well
5. Give this mixture to the child everyday
Tips:
• Give your child walnuts & raisins to eat every night
• Encourage your child to urinate before sleeping
• Avoid giving him or her any liquids 30 min before bedtime
• Do not punish & ensure that the elder kids in the house do not tease your child

i do find that with my 4 year old he still wets the bed when he deep sleeps but when he knows hes a light sleeper least of the time he wakes up and goes toilet..i hope that made sense lol
