Psalm 150 - Let All Things Praise the LORD

- Welcome to the very last psalm, Psalm 150, a psalm that contains no argument, no real teaching, no real explanation. It is an eloquent, passionate cry to all creation to give Yahweh the praise due to Him!

Here is a quote from Augustine that refers to the end of Psalm 119, but I think is also fitting for the conclusion of the entire book of Psalms:
“As far as I have been able, as far as I have been aided by the Lord, I have treated throughout, and expounded, this great Psalm. A task which more able and learned expositors have performed, or will perform better; nevertheless, my services were not to be withheld from it on that account, when my brethren earnestly required it of me.”

As a relatively new subscriber I have not yet heard many of your other interpretations of the other songs which I intend to listen to as the days go by. You really had me revved up today because I am trying to cook and you inspired me that I was dancing and singing while I was cooking and I usually don't do that.... making chicken and singing praise to God using my kitchen utensils as instruments! Thank you for your teaching, pastor David. I have relished one each morning and disappointingly completed the book with you. In the afternoon I listen to another book and am just leaving 1 Samuel and moving onto 2 Samuel. Perhaps I will start psalms again as it is such a tremendous start to each day. Thank you again. If only I could tell of how it has taught me about God, who He is and my redeemer, and drawn me to a closer walk. Your reward in heaven is going to be great and I hope you know God's blessings here on earth too. Thanking you and praying God remains close, your focus and protects you from all evil as you work hard in His service.
