The Canik pairs well with the PC Charger Carbine both in 9mm
Brian wins this challenge. I’m picking an AR-15 over a 9mm carbine in just about every scenario I can think of (combat, hunting, home defense, etc). The AR-15 breaks down and can fit in a backpack as well

I own an ak47 9mm uses Glock mags which you can find just anywhere so if it goes down can find mags and ammo easy
AR Platform is just about always the best platform to fill multiple roles

The PC carbine best all around, easy to store/backpack rifle, 9mm cheap to shoot, same mags as pistol.👍

Does that bushmaster not run polymer mags? I noticed you had a metal mag in it, is that just how it went or does it have issues with picking up rounds from polymer mags?

No the Pmags work in them fine with no problems. I just use the metal ones myself. Old school cool.

Love them older style AR's but I'm gonna have togo with the PC Carbine. 9mm is cheaper than 223/556, you put a red dot on it and a drum mag and that be Hella Fun at the Range!

Today I found a Grendel P10 for 70 dollars at my local pawn shop. The gun is in good condition, he said it was so cheap only because people didn't know what it was and would walk away. I never pulled out my money so fast for a pistol in my life!

Just picked up the urban ranger lite... great edc knife. Probably will pick up the full size urban ranger to compare. Very impressed with the edge retention and durability so far.

The DPMS AR is awesome and I understand you can shoot 22lr through it, but the Ruger Charger can do the same. Plus uses Glock mags so you can carry a Glock as a secondary. Oh, plus it’s collapsible.

It would be great to find a good old school type bayonet for the M16. I see PSA has some surplus AK bayonets for a good price. I sure wish the M16 ones were that cheap and easy to come by.

Love the Pawn Shop Challenges. Seeing as how I work for Ruger, I have to go with Bret for the win. The Ruger PC Carbine is a great PCC, especially with the Glock mag-well in it. Our new LC Carbine in 10mm is going to be a real Awesome PCC too though.....
Best Pawn Shop find I ever got was a Cobray StreetSweeper and a RPD at the same place, different times tho.

You should swap the uppers and lowers on those AR15s, because one has the fixed stock, and the other the fixed carry handle. Would kinda be a better match, my opinion.
DPMS wins for function options....but that vote could change to Bret's Ruger if he gets a drum mag for it to mimic a PPSh-41 look....
This video reminds me we need a Canik 9mm carbine,or at least one that offers a Canik mag fed option.i know the Glock mag PCC are great,but I have lots of of Canik mags and guns would love to see a PCC to pair with them… just a wish…fun video(I think Canik would sell the crap out of their own PCC or a conversion kit for someone else’s PCC)

The Ruger PC carbine is definitely a nice gun, I want one myself. That said, you simply can't beat an AR-15 as an all-around versatile weapon. The PCC is nice for home defense, but if I only had one gun at my disposal the AR would be it. I'm personally not that big a fan of the A2 stock look, but love the carry handle & front sight post. Still, I'll take the Bushmaster.

$1600 for a M1 is laughable nobodys buying that thing😂😂 all of that stores surplus is horribly overpriced I bet those guns have been sitting for years on that rack and they will stay there until prices come down

Ruger PCC for me especially if he already own's a Glock as it takes Glock mags and even better if owns a 9mm suppressor can throw it on either plus the brand name Ruger and it's long known history of dependable reliable firearms not knocking the AR just not as long history! plus the deal he got on his got a good deal on mine but his is a little better than mine
Don’t think you can beat a shotgun for a “jack of all trades”. Especially if you have an extra rifled slug barrel and an optic. If not a shotgun,then I’d definitely pick an AR15(with at least 2 different uppers)

I just called about that Bsuhmaster I had to sell mine back in the early 2000s and that's the only one I've seen since. It was my first AR please let me know if you ever sell it!!!!!
IMO nothing beats a shotgun (for an JOAT) and that first semi auto (Mossberg) was sweet. Loved the video, especially the 2 idiot (j\k) car chase. The AR wins. I think Brett gets an advantage tho (looking around while you showcase the contenders).
