I hope this is the case today but it's not. If we just consider the global macroeconomic environment, the amount of debt that everybody has to pay including mr. market is massive! The amount servicing that debt and the cost of living are steadily rising.
Mr.Market is not bipolar at this time, he is actually right and he cannot do anything to appreciate the asset classes. Why? Mr.Market is a victim of decades of artificial boom that makes him buy, and a victim of real bust that makes him unable to continue buying.
People who PCA bear the most weight of this crisis. and the people who patiently wait until everyone goes bust is the real winner.
